City of Lebanon

Dogs Running at Large – A 25 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Dogs Running at Large on Nov. 28, 2020 at 8:21 a.m. on the 900 block of Crowell St.

Public Drunkenness – A 51 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Nov. 28, 2020 at 1:35 a.m. at Locust St. and Taylor St.

Drug Possession – A 29 year old North Lebanon Twp. woman has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Nov. 24, 2020 at 8:32 p.m. on the 400 block of South 8th St.

Public Drunkenness – A 29 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Nov. 19, 2020 at 1:06 p.m. on the 100 block of North 8th St.

Harassment – A 59 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment after an incident on Nov. 20, 2020 at 12:40 p.m. on the 00 block of South 8th St.

Disorderly Conduct – A 64 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on Nov. 20, 2020 at 1:15 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Reinoehl St.

Public Drunkenness – A 56 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on Nov. 30, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. on the 300 block of North 8th St.

Disorderly Conduct – Charges of Disorderly Conduct (fighting) have been filed against a 22 year old Lebanon man after being involved in a fight on Nov. 19, 2020 at 3:23 p.m. on the 00 block of North 12th St.

Simple Assault – Carlos Gonzalez-Ortiz, a 23 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on Nov. 21, 2020 at 2:33 a.m. on the 400 block of North 10th St. Gonzalez is accused of pushing the 20 year old Victim’s head into a wall, causing her injury. He is also accused of threatening to kill her while holding a knife. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu fo $5,000 bail.

Escape, Drug Possession – Carl Patrick, a 31 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with Escape, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on Nov. 28, 2020 at 9:40 p.m. on the 500 block of Cumberland St. Police were dispatched to an apparent domestic between Patrick and the Passenger in his vehicle. Police made contact with Patrick and the female involved in the domestic dispute. Drug paraphernalia was visible within the vehicle. Patrick attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended within a short distance and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Criminal Trespass, DUI, Careless Driving – Felix Matos Jr., a 31 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Criminal Trespass, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Careless Driving, Required Financial Responsibility, and Operation Following Suspension of Registration after an incident on Nov. 26, 2020 at 4:19 a.m. on the 100 block of East Chestnut St. Matos is accused of operating his vehicle on the 100 block of East Chestnut St. and striking parked, unattended cars. He allegedly exited his vehicle and entered a home on that block, forcing his way past the homeowners, and refused to leave the home. The homeowners were not injured during this incident. Matos refused to submit to the blood alcohol test.

False Identification To Law Enforcement – Charges of False Identification to Law Enforcement, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, and Sun Screening Prohibited have been filed against Gabriel Martinez, a 21 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on Nov. 20, 2020 at 8:50 p.m. on the 400 block of Spruce St. Martinez is accused of operating a motor vehicle with window tint and then producing a driver’s license, claiming the person on the driver’s license was his information. Police discovered that the person depicted on the license was not Martinez and that Martinez had a suspended driver’s license.

Cornwall Borough

Vehicle Accident – On Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020 at 6:33 a.m., this crash occurred on SR 117 near Old Mine Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 38 year old Elizabethtown woman, was traveling east on SR 117 and began sliding on the wet roadway and subsequently struck an embankment. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was towed.

Vehicle Accident – On Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 at 6:45 a.m., this crash occurred on SR 72 South at the Mount Gretna exit. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 50 year old Lebanon man, was traveling south on SR 72, slid off the roadway, and subsequently struck a guide rail. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was towed.

East Hanover Township

Drug Possession – On Nov. 30, 2020 at 10:41 a.m., PSP conducted a traffic stop on Allentown Blvd. near Coon Creek Rd. in East Hanover Twp. on a black Acura TSX for a traffic violation. During the stop, PSP trooper discovered that Operator 1 and a Passenger were in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Operator 1 and the Passenger were released and will be charged with Drug Possession and a traffic violation. The Arrestees were a 35 year old Grove City, OH man and a 21 year old Columbus, OH man. The vehicles involved included a 2006 Acura TSX. PSP is investigating.

Drug Manufacture – On Nov. 23, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop on the 800 block of I 81 South. A search of the vehicle was performed which resulted in the seizure of approximately 14 pounds of marijuana, 4 ounces of codeine syrup, marijuana, and mushroom candy bars. The Operator confessed to the marijuana belonging to him. The Passenger was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The vehicles involved included a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Arrestees were Kevin Gulloandujar, a 25 year old Bronx, NY man, and Ari Gungormez, a 26 year old Oradell, NJ man.

North Lebanon Township

Retail Theft – Tessa Loy, a 44 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred on Nov. 23, 2020 at Hobby Lobby in Lebanon Valley Mall after failing to pay for $231 worth of merchandise.

North Londonderry Township

Public Drunkenness – On Dec. 1, 2020 at 3:15 p.m., a 36 year old Lebanon woman, was cited for Public Drunkenness after showing up at DHL, located on the 500 block of North Lingle Ave., manifestly under the influence of alcohol.

Swatara Township

Drug Possession – On Dec. 1, 2020 at 9:55 a.m., PSP conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Darkes Rd. and Little Mountain Rd. in Swatara Twp. on a gray Ford Escape for a traffic violation. During the stop, PSP trooper discovered Operator 1, 35 year old W/N-M, to have multiple bench warrants and to be in possession of methamphetamine. The MDJ Office did not want the Operator. Operator 1 was released and will be charged with Drug Possession and multiple traffic violations. The vehicles involved included a 2012 Ford Escape. PSP is investigating.

Union Township

Vehicle Accident – On Dec. 2, 2020 at 5:40 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2014 Subaru Forester, driven by Operator 1, a 56 year old Lykens woman, was traveling south on SR 72 approximately 1/2 mile south of Moonshine Rd. in Union Twp. A deer appeared in the roadway which Operator 1 was unable to avoid striking. Unit 1 subsequently struck the deer in the southbound lane of SR 72. Unit 1 sustained heavy front-end damage and was towed from the scene by Joe May’s. Operator 1 was transported to an area hospital via Life Lion with suspected minor injuries.

Drug Manufacture – On Nov. 1, 2020 at 2:40 a.m., PSP Jonestown conducted a traffic stop at SR 72 and Penny Ln. During the traffic stop, a large amount of marijuana and U.S. currency were seized. The Arrestee was Jacob Servin, a 23 year old Palmyra man. The vehicles involved included a 1986 BMW 325.
