Here are the most recent food safety violations in Lebanon County, as documented by Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture.

Inspections are taken as a “snapshot” of the day and time, and should not necessarily be taken as overall indicators of an establishment’s cleanliness. Violations are often corrected prior to the inspector leaving the site. Restaurants were found to be in compliance unless otherwise noted.

Observed food taken from original packaging and store in non food grade bags. Facility is using take-home plastic bags to store food.

Observed exterior of all equipment and to be dirty with food debris-build up and just grimy to sight and touch.

4 – 904.11 Single-Service & Single-Use Articles, Preventing Contamination
Customer self-service single-use tableware is not displayed in a manner so that only the handles are touched by customers.

Observed in-use knives and between wall and electrical pipe an area not easily cleanable & sanitized.

6 – 301.12 Hand Drying Provision
Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the employee bathroom area.
