Bethel Township
Harassment – On March 13, 2021 at 11:51 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to the area of the 1,500 block of Mount Zion Rd. in Swatara Twp. for a report of multiple people fighting in the roadway. Upon PSP members arrival, all fighting parties had been separated. Investigation revealed that an adult male and a juvenile male had been involved in a physical altercation and, while said altercation was taking place, an adult female and a juvenile female also became involved in a physical altercation. All involved parties were cited for Harassment. Charges are pending before MDJ Wolfe 52-3-03. The Arrestees were a 16 year old Lebanon female and a 17 year old Lebanon male. The Victim was a 25 year old Lebanon woman. The Victim/Arrestee was a 38 year old Lebanon man.
Cornwall Borough
Accident – Occurred Friday, 12:22 PM, on SR 322, east of SR 72.ย Vehicles driven by a 19, year old Elizabethtown man and a 67 year old Lititz man. No injuries.ย Both vehicles were drivable.
Accident – Occurred Sunday, 4:22 PM, on Freeman Drive.ย Vehicle driven by a 68 year old Annville man was traveling west on SR 419 and struck a tree limb that had broken off. No injuries.ย Vehicle was drivable.
Deer Struck – An unidentified motorist struck a deer today (Tuesday), 7:20 AM, on Burd Coleman Road, east of the SR 72 ramps.ย No injuries.ย Vehicle was drivable.ย The deer ran off after the collision.
Scam – A Cornwall woman reported Monday that she lost $2,500.00 in a Facebook messenger scam. Believing she had won $300,000 and needed to pay fees prior to receiving her winnings, the victim purchased $500, then an additional $2000 in gift cards and provided the card numbers to the scammer.
East Hanover Township
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – This incident occurred between approximately March 13, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. and March 14, 2021 at 7:00 a.m. on the 00 block of Main St. as the Victim had her front left tire damaged by an unknown object and an unknown Suspect. The Victim was a 26 year old Ono woman. The damaged property included a Flat Left Front Tire. The vehicles involved included a 2011 Saab 900.
North Londonderry Township
Disorderly Conduct – On March 10, 2021 at 10:42 a.m., a juvenile female was cited for Disorderly Conduct in connection with an incident that occurred at the Palmyra High School. The defendant was engaging in offensive and threatening behavior in the atrium of the school, which was filled with students and staff. The juvenile female was a 15 year old Palmyra female.
Swatara Township
Theft Of Motor Vehicle – Sometime between March 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. and March 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., this incident occurred. PSP Jonestown is investigating the theft of a green 1994 Ford F250 extended cab pickup truck from the area of the 400 block of North Lancaster St. and SR 22 in Swatara Twp. The Victim was a 35 year old Jonestown woman. The stolen vehicles include a YTX0758 Dark Green 1994 Ford F250 Supercab Pickup.
Union Township
Theft – On March 13, 2021 at 4:41 p.m., state police responded to Chapel Dr. for a theft. Through investigation, it was discovered that an unknown individual fraudulently charged $14.95 to the Victim’s Wal-Mart account for a toll road fee. The Victim was a 71 year old Jonestown man. The stolen property included a $14.95 Fraudulent Bank Transaction, valued at $14.95.
DUI – On March 12, 2021 at 4:01 p.m., state police conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 Chevrolet Trail Blazer (Formerly Blazer) at Allentown Blvd. and SR 22. During the traffic stop, signs of impairment were detected and the Arrestee was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. The Arrestee was a 38 year old Lebanon man. The vehicles involved included a 2003 Chevrolet Trail Blazer (Formerly Blazer). Investigation is ongoing.
West Cornwall Township
Accident – Occurred Friday, 3:18 PM, on SR 72 near Alden Lane.ย Vehicles driven by a 40 year old Lebanon man and a 55 year old Lebanon man. No injuries.ย Both vehicles were drivable.
