Bethel Township

Fire Undetermined Origin – On May 14, 2021 at 5:17 a.m., members of PSP Jonestown responded to Sunrise Ct. for a vehicle fire. During the course of this investigation, it was determined that three parked vehicles were damaged as a result of the fire. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194 and reference PA2021-642153. The Victims were a 44 year old Lebanon man and a 47 year old Lebanon woman. The burned property included a Tool Kit Containing Various Hand/Power Tools Vehicle 1, valued at $400.00, and a Residential Skirting Burned, valued at $300.00. The vehicles involved included a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, a 2004 Chevrolet Astro Van, and a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox.

Found Property – On June 2, 2021 at 3:06 p.m., personal items were found by a citizen along I 81 Market Dr. in Bethel Twp. Anyone missing items from this location can contact Trooper Gutsie at 717-865-2194.

City of Lebanon

Drug Possession – On May 28, 2021 at 3:38 p.m., PSP Jonestown initiated a traffic stop on a 2001 Honda Odyssey minivan at Guilford St. and Decatur St. It was determined that the Operator was in possession of marijuana. The Arrestee was a 26 year old Lebanon man. The vehicles involved included a 2001 Honda Odyssey minivan. Charges are to be filed.

Public Drunkenness – Pedro Serrano-Santiago, a 24 year old Lebanon resident, has been cited for Public Drunkenness on May 30, 2021 at 4:30 a.m. on the 600 block of Walton St.

Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief – Russel Nash, Jr., a 30 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief on May 15, 2021 at 11:43 p.m. at Lebanon Village Apartments. The Victim was not injured during this incident. Nash is accused of breaking into the apartment by damaging the front door. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Paige Sweigart, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, after contact with police on May 16, 2021 at 6:34 p.m. on the 400 block of Biddle St. She was transported to a local medical facility for treatment of an unknown medical problem.

Possession With Intent To Deliver A Controlled Substance, Drug Possession – Brandon Mattson, a 37 year old Sinking Springs resident, has been charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as a result of the same incident. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Possession Of A Designer Drug, Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Jorge Rolon-Colon, a 23 year old Lebanon resident, after he was discovered sleeping in his vehicle on May 18, 2021 at 1:18 p.m. on the 500 block of Willow St.

Possession With Intent To Deliver A Controlled Substance, Drug Possession – Charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Designer Drug, and Possession of a Controlled Substance have been filed against John Santiago, a 28 year old Lebanon resident, after assisting Lebanon County Probation Officers on March 26, 2021 at 10:37 a.m. at South 10th St. and Walnut St.

Drug Possession, Duties At Stop Signs, Drivers Required To Be Licensed – Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Duties at Stop Signs, and Drivers Required to be Licensed have been filed against Miguel Silva-Goden, a 33 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on March 22, 2021 at 12:24 p.m. on the 700 block of East Lehman St.

DUI, Drug Possession – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Lissette Hansen, a 36 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on March 11, 2021 at 2:11 p.m. on the 1,200 block of Cumberland St. A report of an intoxicated driver was reported to police. Police had contact with the suspect vehicle being operated by Hansen. Police allege, as a result of a blood test, Hansen had THC, methadone, and fentanyl within her system at the time of the stop. Police also allege she possessed fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. Charges are filed.

Burglary, Simple Assault – Jonathan Ortiz, a 30 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Burglary and Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on May 28, 2021 at 2:28 a.m. in the 300 section of Brookside Apartments. Ortiz is accused of forcing his way into an apartment without permission and assaulting the 24 year old Victim, causing injury to her head and body. Ortiz is alleged to have punched and kicked the Victim multiple times, causing injury requiring treatment at a local medical facility. Ortiz was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Terroristic Threats, Disorderly Conduct – Jason Ortiz, a 19 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Terroristic Threats (domestic violence related) and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on May 22, 2021 at 10:38 p.m. on the 600 block of Maple St. Ortiz is accused of picking up the 20 year old Victim, restraining her, and threatening to assault her if she did not do as he told her. Police apprehended Ortiz and transported him to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $3,000 bail.

Burglary, Theft, Loitering And Prowling At Nighttime, Defiant Trespass, Criminal Mischief – Ralph Warren, a 59 year old with no permanent address, has been charged with Burglary and Theft on May 25, 2021 at about 8:25 p.m. on the 800 block of Chestnut St. Warren is accused of entering the business through a window, taking money from within the building, and then exiting through the same window. Video surveillance captured the incident. Warren was apprehended on a warrant on May 26, 2021. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail on the burglary charge. Warren was also arraigned on Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime, Defiant Trespass, and Criminal Mischief charges after an incident on May 19, 2021 at 12:33 a.m. on the 100 block of South 9th St. The additional bail was set at $5,000.

Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness – Destiny Filler, a 22 year old Cleona resident, has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness on May 31, 2021 at 8:23 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Reinoehl St. Filler was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

East Hanover Township

DUI – On May 13, 2021 at 1:22 a.m., troopers conducted a traffic stop on the 800 block of I 81 South for multiple vehicle code violations. The Operator was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Appropriate charges have been filed. The Arrestee was Jorge Montesino, a 58 year old Allentown man. The vehicles involved included a 2013 Buick Verano.

Jonestown Borough

Theft – On June 1, 2021 at 9:58 a.m., PSP Jonestown responded to West Market St. for a report of a missing rented television from an apartment that had been vacant. The Victim was a 48 year old Manheim man. PSP is investigating.

Mt. Gretna Borough

Vehicle Accident – On May 28, 2021 at 2:48 p.m., this crash occurred in the area of the 100 block of Harvard Ave. Giordan Diodato, a 28 year old Mt. Gretna resident, was traveling west on Harvard Ave. and struck a “no parking” sign, causing minor damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. The vehicle was driven from the scene.

Myerstown Borough

Theft Items From Motor Vehicle – State Police responded to West Carpenter Ave. for a report of a theft. Through investigation, it was determined that an unknown Actor entered three unlocked vehicles sometime between May 29, 2021 at approximately 9:00 p.m. and May 30, 2021 at approximately 10:00 a.m. The unknown Actor proceeded to remove various items from the vehicles including change, a phone charger, and a set of brass knuckles. The unknown Actor then fled the scene on foot. Investigation is ongoing. The Victims were a 50 year old Myerstown man and a 26 year old Myerstown man. The stolen property included Miscellaneous Denomination Change, valued at $10.00, Cell Phone Charger, valued at $20.00, Brass Knuckles, valued at $25.00, and Miscellaneous Denomination Change, valued at $10.00. The theft from motor vehicles involved a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, a 2012 Mazda CX9, and a 1990 Ford Ranger pickup.

North Annville Township

Vehicle Accident – On June 1, 2021 at 12:09 a.m., this crash occurred on State Route 934 North, just north of Blacks Bridge Rd., in North Annville Twp. This crash occurred as Operator 1, driving Unit 1, a 2020 Mack Trucks Anthem, was traversing north on State Route 934 in Unit 1 and encountered approximately six to eight cows standing in the roadway. Operator 1 related to have applied the brakes to Unit 1; however, Operator 1 was unable to prevent Unit 1 from striking the cows in the roadway. Unit 1 was observed to have sustained mild damage to its front end at the 12 o’clock position and was able to be driven from the scene in its normal customary manner. Operator 1 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Approximately four cows were observed to be deceased along the roadway as a result of being struck by Unit 1. The Property Owner responded to the scene and removed the deceased cows from the roadway.

North Londonderry Township

Confinement And Housing Of Dogs, Application For Dog License – On May 24, 2021 at 1:11 p.m., the North Londonderry Twp. police department investigated two dogs running at large on the 700 block of East Elm St. and, as a result, the following were cited: a 41 year old Palmyra woman with Confinement and Housing of Dogs for each dog, and a 19 year old Palmyra man and a 17 year old Palmyra male juvenile with Application For Dog License and Rabies Vaccination Required.

Disorderly Conduct, Expired Registration – On June 1, 2021 at 7:11 p.m., North Londonderry Twp. police have cited an 18 year old Annville man with Disorderly Conduct and Expired Registration following a traffic stop on June 1, 2021 on the 700 block of Eisenhower Rd. He was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

South Londonderry Township

Hit-And-Run Crash – On May 14, 2021 at 5:32 p.m., Lilianne Bonin, an 18 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Fleeing the Scene of a Crash following an accident on Route 322 at Lynmar Ave. on May 14, 2021. Bonin was traveling east on Route 322 when she rear-ended another vehicle and then left the scene. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash, and neither vehicle required towing from the scene. Bonin was charged with Accidents Involving Attended Vehicle and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speeds.

Vehicle Accident – On May 28, 2021 at 2:01 p.m., a one-vehicle crash occurred when a 39 year old Palmyra man was heading south on South Forge Rd in Palmyra. The man dropped his cell phone and leaned over to pick it up. As a result, he traveled off of the roadway onto the 1,900 block of South Forge Rd., almost striking a subject standing in the yard. Garrison got control of the vehicle and came to a stop. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Garrison was charged with Driving on Roadways Laned for Travel.

Harassment – From March 12, 2021 to March 14, 2021, this incident occurred in South Londonderry Twp. Lillian Kosoff, a 24 year old Hershey resident, is charged with Harassment for anonymously communicating, communicating at inconvenient hours, and engaging in a course of conduct repeatedly with intent to harass two separate Victims. Kosoff was charged with three counts of Harassment.

Swatara Township

Harassment – On May 30, 2021 at 1:52 a.m., members of PSP Jonestown responded to SR 72 North for a disturbance. Investigation into this incident found the Arrestee to have spit on the Victim during a verbal altercation. The Arrestee has been cited for Harassment. The Arrestee was a 28 year old Lebanon woman. The Victim was a 41 year old Lebanon man.

Drug Possession – On May 28, 2021 at 9:15 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted for a traffic violation at Lickdale Rd. and Werners Rd. by troopers of PSP Jonestown station. A search incident to arrest resulted in drugs and numerous items of paraphernalia. The Arrestee was a 30 year old Richland man. The towed vehicles involved a 2015 Chrysler PT Cruiser.

Union Township

Drug Possession – On May 30, 2021 at 10:15 a.m., PSP Jonestown initiated a traffic stop on a 2001 Ford Focus at SR 72 and Jonestown Rd. It was determined that the Operator was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The Arrestee was a 41 year old Grantville man. The vehicles involved included a 2001 Ford Focus. Charges are to be filed.

Harassment – On June 1, 2021 at 5:26 a.m., members of PSP Jonestown responded to I 81 South for an altercation between coworkers. Investigation into this incident found the Arrestee to have struck the Victim while arguing over a portable speaker. The Arrestee has been cited for Harassment and was also taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant. The Arrestee was a 22 year old Lewistown man. The Victim was a 37 year old Lewistown woman. The vehicles involved included a 2006 Ford Econoline E350.
