Bethel Township
Vehicle Accident – On June 10, 2021 at 4:10 a.m., this collision occurred as Unit 1, a 2007 Infiniti G35, was disabled from a previous crash, facing north in the opposite lane of travel, and Unit 2, a 1998 Honda Civic, driven by Operator 2, a 64 year old Lebanon man, was traveling south on SR 343. Unit 2’s front struck Unit 1’s front. After impact, Unit 1 traveled off of the left side of the roadway, where it came to final rest, facing in a northwest direction. Unit 2 came to final rest at initial impact, facing in a south direction. Operator 2 sustained suspected minor injury as a result of this crash and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.
Vehicle Accident – On June 10, 2021 at 3:48 a.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2007 Infiniti G35, driven by Operator 1, a 29 year old Lebanon man, was traveling north on SR 343, when a horse, which was struck from a previous crash, came into the path of Unit 1. Unit 1’s front struck the horse. After impact, Unit 1 came to final rest in the opposite lane of travel, facing in a north direction. Operator 1 sustained injuries of unknown severity as a result of this crash and was transported via First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon to the Hershey Medical Center.

Public Drunkenness – A 36 year old Myerstown woman has been cited for Public Drunkenness on June 4, 2021 at 9:36 p.m. on the 600 block of North 7th St.
Public Drunkenness – A 54 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Public Drunkenness on June 5, 2021 at 12:25 p.m. on the 100 block of South 8th St.
Harassment – On June 3, 2021 at 6:43 p.m., Michael Cruz-Morales, a 28 year old South Lebanon resident, was cited for Harassment. On the same date and time, he was charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on the 600 block of North 6th St. Cruz-Morales is accused of approaching the 30 year old Victim at her home, having verbal contact, as well as grabbing her by her throat, and forcing her into her home. Cruz-Morales was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Disorderly Conduct – A 19 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on June 10, 2021 at 3:19 p.m. on the 400 block of Guilford St.
Harassment – A 42 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on May 19, 2021 at 10:04 p.m. on the 400 block of Guilford St.
Drug Possession – A 19 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on June 2, 2021 at 1:10 p.m. on the 100 block of North 9th St.
Purchase, Consumption, Possession, Or Transportation Of Liquor Or Malt – Wyeth Ullom and Aaron Varela, both 19 year old Myerstown residents, have been cited for the Purchase, Consumption, Possession, or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages on May 3, 2021 at 1:34 a.m. on the 500 block of Chestnut St.
Trespass – A 33 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Trespass on June 3, 2021 at 8:55 p.m. on the 400 block of Freeman St.
Disorderly Conduct – A 27 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on June 2, 2021 at 11:52 a.m. on the 800 block of Cumberland St.
Public Drunkenness – A 56 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on June 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. on the 00 block of South 9th St.
Public Drunkenness – A 20 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on June 10, 2021 at 5:34 a.m. on the 00 block of North Lincoln Ave.

Drug Possession, Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended Or Revoked – Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, and Registration and Certificate of Title Required have been filed against Raymond Moran, a 26 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on May 12, 2021 at 4:18 p.m. on the 1,100 block of Guilford St.
Simple Assault – Jeffrey Miller, a 34 year old North Lebanon Twp. resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on June 10, 2021 at 6:25 p.m. on the 900 block of East Cumberland St. Miller is accused of throwing a golf ball at the 33 year old Victim, striking her in the forehead, causing injury. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Drug Possession – Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Angel Rivera-Rolon, an 18 year old North Lebanon Twp. resident, after a traffic stop on June 8, 2021 at 2:04 a.m. on the 300 block of North 12th St.
PFA Order Violation – Jacob Stramowski, a 25 year old Palmyra resident, was charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on June 4, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at 400 South 8th St. He is accused of making verbal contact with the 21 year old Victim. She was not injured during the contact. Stramowski was taken before a Lebanon County Common Pleas Jude and released on ROR bail.
Drug Possession, Registration And Certificate Of Title Required – Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Registration and Certificate of Title Required have been filed against Jasmin Rojas, a 28 year old Lebanon resident, after a traffic stop on May 30, 2021 at 8:39 p.m. on the 00 block of Schneider Dr.
East Hanover Township
Vehicle Accident – On June 10, 2021 at 3:11 p.m., this reportable crash occurred on SR 934 at its intersection with Mill Rd. in East Hanover Twp. Unit 1, a 2019 Ford Fiesta, driven by Operator 1, an 81 year old Hopewell, NJ man, was stopped at a stop sign on Mill Rd., facing east towards SR 934 as Unit 2, a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Operator 2, a 33 year old Hershey man, was traveling south on SR 934. Unit 1 entered the intersection to turn left onto SR 934 without properly stopping and yielding to Unit 2. Initial impact occurred as the front bumper of Unit 2 struck the left rear tire of Unit 1. Operator 1 and Operator 2 did not sustain injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Stop Signs and Yield Signs.
Heidelberg Township
Vehicle Accident – On June 9, 2021 at 3:15 p.m., this crash occurred on SR 501, north of Reistville Rd. This crash involved Unit 1, a 2007 Acura TL, driven by Operator 1, a 49 year old Lancaster man, Unit 2, a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, driven by Operator 2, a 67 year old Lititz man, and Unit 3, driven by Operator 3, a 40 year old Marietta woman. Operator 1 sustained suspected minor injury as a result of this crash and refused transport. Operator 2 sustained suspected minor injury as a result of this crash and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to Lancaster General Hospital. Operator 3 sustained suspected minor injury as a result of this crash and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to Lancaster General Hospital.
Jackson Township
Indecent Assault – On June 1, 2021 at 3:46 p.m., this incident occurred on West Main Ave. as the unknown Actor touched the Victim in an inappropriate manner. The Victim was a 15 year old Myerstown female juvenile.
Myerstown Borough
Vehicle Accident – On June 8, 2021 at 1:15 p.m., this crash occurred on South College St., approximately 50 yards south of its intersection with West Carpenter Ave. in Myerstown Boro. Unit 1, a 2018 International Harvester RH, driven by Operator 1, a 50 year old Liverpool man, was traveling south on South College St. Unit 2, a 2005 Hino 338, driven by Operator 2, a 33 year old Harrisburg man, accompanied by Passenger 1, Bejamin De La Cruz Sabian, a 29 year old Harrisburg man, was illegally parked on the west side of South College St. Unit 1 sideswiped Unit 2. Unit 1 sustained minor damage to its trailing unit. Unit 2 sustained moderate damage to its cargo box. Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 came to final rest at the point of impact. Unit 1 was driven from the scene by Operator 1. Arrangements were made and Unit 2 was driven from the scene by a company representative. Operator 1 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 2 was seated on the rear of Unit 2 and sustained suspected minor injuries as a result of this crash and was transported via Bethel Community Ambulance to a local hospital, the Hershey Medical Center, for treatment. Passenger 1 did not sustain injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Limitations on Overtaking on the Left. Members of PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Lebanon County fire companies and Bethel EMS.
North Londonderry Township
DUI, Speeding – On May 23, 2021 at 9:31 a.m., David Jones, a 54 year old Palmyra resident, was stopped for speeding in the 300 block of Plaza Dr. Jones was subsequently arrested for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Jones’s BAC was .29%. Jones was charged with DUI as well as Speeding. Charges are filed with DJ Garver’s Office.
Receiving Stolen Property – On June 5, 2021 at 6:38 a.m., North Londonderry Twp. police have arrested and charged David Rivera Colon, a 23 year old Lebanon resident, with Receiving Stolen Property after police stopped a vehicle on the 500 block of North Lingle Ave. in Palmyra that had been reported stolen out of Ohio. A passenger in the vehicle was not charged. Rivera Colon was arraigned at Lebanon County Central Booking and was placed in the Lebanon County Jail.
Vehicle Accident – On June 8, 2021 at 2:42 p.m., the North Londonderry Twp. police department investigated a vehicle accident on the 1,200 block of West Main St. in which a vehicle operated by a 57 year old Lebanon woman, failed to stop in time and struck the rear of a vehicle operated by a 75 year old Oswego, NY man. There were no injuries as a result of this crash and both vehicles were driven from the scene. The Lebanon woman was cited with Following Too Closely and Expired Registration.
South Lebanon Township
Drug Possession – On May 17, 2021 at 7:40 p.m., this incident occurred on East Walnut St. as an inmate at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility was found in possession of illegal drugs.
Union Township
Vehicle Accident – On June 10, 2021 at 2:12 p.m., this reportable crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2012 Hyundai Elantra, driven by Operator 1, a 28 year old Centreville, VA woman, and Unit 2, a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia, driven by Operator 2, a 42 year old New York, NY man, were traveling south on I 81 at mile marker 88 in Union Twp. Operator 1 attempted to make a lane change and struck the side of Unit 2. Initial impact occurred as the front right side of Unit 1 struck the left side of Unit 2’s trailer. Unit 1 then overturned and landed on the cable barrier on the left shoulder of the roadway upside down. Operator 1 sustained injury of unknown severity as a result of this crash and was transported via Life Lion to the Hershey Medical Center. Operator 1 did not sustain injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
Theft – On Sept. 1, 2020 at 12:01 a.m., troopers of PSP Jonestown station responded to SR 72 for a report of a theft/fraud. Upon arrival on scene, it was determined that the Victim had an unemployment claim opened in his name. The Victim was a 48 year old Fredericksburg man. This investigation is ongoing.
Vehicle Accident – On June 12, 2021 at 9:12 a.m., this single-vehicle crash occurred on I 81 Northbound at mile marker 91.5 in Union Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2016 Subaru Forester, driven by Operator 1, Agnes Loftus, a 71 year old Carbondale woman, was traveling north on I 81 at mile marker 91.5. Unit 1 was traveling in the righthand lane and struck a deer in the roadway. Unit 1 sustained disabling damage in the crash and was towed from the scene. Operator 1 sustained suspected minor injury as a result of this crash. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Life Lion EMS and H & S Towing.
