Unauthorized Use Of A Motor Vehicle, Drug Possession, Simple Assault – Irwing Perez, a 22 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Marijuana, and Simple Assault after an incident that occurred on Aug. 26, 2021 in the 2,000 block of Mallard Dr. in Lebanon.
Retail Theft – A 58 year old Lebanon woman was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred on Aug. 20, 2021 at the Lebanon Wal-Mart, after failing to pay for $66.00 worth of merchandise.
Swatara Township
DUI – On Aug. 21, 2021 at 1:05 a.m., the Accused was arrested for DUI during a DUI checkpoint on the 1,900 block of SR 72. Charges were filed at MDJ 52-3-03. The Arrestee was Tammy Smith, a 57 year old Lebanon woman. The vehicles involved included a 2021 Buick Encore.
West Cornwall Township
Vehicle Accident – On Aug. 27, 2021 at 12:50 a.m., this crash occurred in the area of the 400 block of South Butler Rd. Unit 1, driven by Operator 1, a 23 year old Lebanon woman, was traveling north on Butler Rd. when it traveled off of the roadway and struck a tree. No injuries were reported as a result of this crash. Unit 1 was towed.
West Lebanon Township
DUI, Accidents Involving Damage To Attended Vehicle – Warren Dunyan, a 52 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle after an accident that occurred in the 1,600 block of West Cumberland St. in Lebanon on June 24, 2021.
