Bethel Township

Death Natural – On Nov. 15, 2021 at approximately 7:01 p.m., PSP Jonestown was dispatched to the 00 block of Lebanon Valley Court in Bethel Twp. to check on the welfare of a male who was believed to be inside the residence and had not been heard from. Entrance was made and a male was discovered deceased inside of the residence. The investigation of the Victim’s death revealed it to be natural. The Victim was a 55 year old Lebanon man.

Jackson Township

Theft By Deception – On Nov. 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., State Police responded to Hilltop Rd. for a report of a theft. Through investigation, it was determined that the Victim provided an unknown individual with the card numbers for $3,000.00 worth of Target gift cards. The Victim believed that he was paying to have a virus removed from his computer. The Victim never received any services for the gift cards, nor was he reimbursed any money. The Victim was a 43 year old Myerstown man. The stolen property included $3,000.00 Worth Of Target Gift Cards, valued at $3,000.00.

Millcreek Township

Vehicle Accident – On Nov. 21, 2021 at approximately 7:05 a.m., this three-vehicle crash occurred in the 100 block of East Main St. in Millcreek Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2017 Toyota Camry, driven by Operator 1, a 49 year old Bethel woman, was traveling east on East Main St. Unit 1 left its lane of travel and rear-ended Unit 2, a 2011 Toyota Tacoma, driven by Operator 2, a 49 year old Newmanstown man. Initial impact occurred when Unit 1 hit Unit 2, causing disabling damage. Unit 2 was pushed up, causing Unit 2 to rear-end Unit 3, a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado, driven by Operator 3, a 54 year old Newmanstown woman, causing minor contact damage. Unit 1 came to final rest in the westbound lane of travel. Unit 2 and Unit 3 came to final rest on the shoulder of the eastbound lane of travel. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic. Operator 1 was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash. Operator 2 and Operator 3 were not wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. Operator 1, Operator 2, and Operator 3 did not sustain any injuries as a result of this crash.

Myerstown Borough

Burglary Commercial No Force – On Nov. 21, 2021 at 11:57 a.m., PSP Jonestown responded to a burglary at the Myerstown Community Park. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194.

Swatara Township

Theft – On Nov. 21, 2021 at 9:37 p.m., the Victim entered PSP Jonestown to report a theft of a tent canopy, dog bowls, a trail camera, and a green Patagonia jacket that was in the woods from a lost dog luring site. The incident occurred on Iron Bridge Rd. and Old State Rd. PSP Jonestown is investigating. The Victim was a 28 year old Annville woman.

Union Township

Theft – State Police responded to Lickdale Rd. for a report of a theft. Through investigation, it was determined that an unknown Actor(s) entered the property sometime between Nov. 8, 2021 at approximately 12:00 p.m. and Nov. 14, 2021 at approximately 12:00 p.m. The unknown Actor(s) proceeded to remove two beach cruiser bicycles, valued at approximately $100.00 each. The unknown Actor(s) then fled the scene by unknown means in an unknown direction of travel. The Vicim was a 59 year old Jonestown man. The stolen property included an Unknown Baby Blue And White Beach Cruiser, valued at $100.00, and an Unknown Dark Blue Beach Cruiser, valued at $100.00.

Drug Possession – On Nov. 21, 2021, a routine traffic stop was conducted. The Operator was found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. Troopers are investigating.
