LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
Today, please give a big LebTown “hello” to Toby!
What type of dog is Toby, you ask? Well, it’s a mystery, according to his owner, Hannah Ehlers.
“We are not sure of his breed, we just know he’s cute,” she says.
“Toby is 11 years old, and he has been part of our family since he was 4 months old,” adds Hannah, of Lebanon. “He enjoys relaxing, snuggling, eating, and playing tug of war with his human sisters.”
She adds: “He can definitely be stubborn,” noting that sometimes he will stare at them when they call his name or stop walking in the middle of a walk and demand to be carried the rest of the way. It can also be a chore, Hannah says, “getting him to move while he is laying in bed with us … but we love him anyway.”
Hannah says Toby “is very sweet and well behaved, and puts up with a lot from his sisters.”
So if you see him out on a walk — or, more likely, being carried home after deciding he’s done being a pedestrian for a while — give him a pat and try to guess Toby’s breed!
