If you hear rumblings from northern Lebanon County this month, worry not – it’s probably just the Gap.

Here’s the training schedule at Fort Indiantown Gap for June 2022.

Demolition training will be held June 6 to June 9 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., June 10 to June 12 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., and June 12 to June 15 between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Artillery live-fire training will be held June 2 to June 5 between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Mortar live-fire training will be held June 3 to June 4 between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Fort Indiantown Gap is the only live-fire and maneuver military base in Pennsylvania. It is considered the nation’s largest National Guard training facility by number of mandays trained – close to one million annually.
