The asking price for the business is $470,000. The restaurant is currently leased through January 2029 at $11,860 per month, and inventory and training are included in the asking price. The restaurant grosses just about $1.5 million annually, with a net operating income of approximately $141,000.
According to the listing, the location’s sales are up 13% this year to date compared to last year at the current time.
