A performance years in the making, LVC’s Pride of the Valley marching band strutted the streets of London’s west end the morning of Jan. 1, 2023, in London’s New Year’s Day Parade.

LVC’s routine, performed by nearly hundred band members plus a dozen or so accompanying alumni, helped kick off parade festivities as the first marching band performance of the entire parade.

Watch the band’s performance below. (Editor’s note: While Lebanon Countians can definitely be parochial, despite what the parade commentator says during LVC’s performance, we highly doubt that this performance was any LVC student’s first trip outside of the county!)
