A trio of Lebanon County self-storage facilities were sold to a York County company last month for $4.69 million.

Dane A. and Ilse A. Di Angelis sold three properties to Moove In Partners Jonestown LLC, a real estate holdings subsidiary of Moove In Self Storage. The parcels are located at 10696 Allentown Blvd. and 10677 Allentown Blvd. in Jonestown, and 2264 State Route 22 in Fredericksburg. (Allentown Boulevard and State Route 22 are the same road, addresses here are based on the Lebanon County parcel map.)

The parcels were all transferred in the same $4.69 million transaction, which was recorded with the county on April 24.

As BizNewsPA reported, Moove In Self Storage also recently acquired a 461-unit in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, for $7.84 million. That facility, located at 2517 Sycamore Lane, was previously operated by Storage Sense.

The Lebanon County facilities previously operated as Cloverleaf Self Storage. The Jonestown properties are already listed on Moove In’s website, while the Fredericksburg property is yet to be listed.

According to BizNewsPA, the Lebanon County facilities include a total of 447 storage units.

Moove In did not respond to LebTown requests for comment.

Moove In told Central Penn Business Journal that it plans to upgrade the facilities.

“Since our inception nearly 25 years ago, we have considered central Pennsylvania our home,” Moove In vice president Shaun Lewy told CPBJ. “We are thrilled to now offer the community of Jonestown and surrounding areas with not only our expertise in self-storage, but to also to provide the best experience while they store with us.”
