Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf said she hopes to release information on the vehicle used in last week’s triple murder, as well as details about the third suspect, later this week.
“I am confident we will take the third shooter into custody,” said DA Hess Graf. “It’s a matter of when, not if.”
Hess Graf said the investigation has not stopped since it began last week, and that investigators have been working “tireless hours.”
“We’ve been so focused on trying to identify and locate our third subject,” said Hess Graf.
Although theories have circulated on social media, Hess Graf said there have not been any links established between the homicides last week and the February 2022 murder of 13-year-old Jason Rivera in South Lebanon Township. She also confirmed that the white car pulled out of a Lancaster County river last week is not connected to the Lebanon shooting.

Hess Graf said she was extremely grateful for the efforts of the Lebanon police department, the Lebanon County Detective Bureau, and every agency that has assisted.
As far as investigators can tell, the shooting that left two children and one teenager dead happened for no reason.

“We will not stop until that third suspect is charged,” said Hess Graf. “We are doing every single thing we can to get justice for these families.”
