A land development plan has been submitted for a storage facility to be located at 2075 Quentin Road, across from the Sheetz, in North Cornwall Township.

According to the plan, the 72 Storage facility will be accessible only from Rocherty Road. The planned facility consists of nine separate storage structures with a total of 67,025 square feet.

The 4.2-acre lot was purchased in April 2022 for $900,000.

Exits from the facility would be located on Route 72/Quentin Road and Rocherty Road, and would both be restricted to right turns only.

The LLC is owned by Aubrey “Jamie” Hanford IV. Hanford did not respond to LebTown’s requests for comment.

Plans will be reviewed at an upcoming meeting of the North Cornwall Township Planning Commission.
