North Cornwall Township
Retail Theft – At 1:35 p.m. May 26, police charged a 36-year-old Lebanon man with retail theft after an incident at Puff Super Value on Penn Avenue.
False Identification to Law Enforcement – At 12:47 a.m. July 18, police charged Chloe Destefano, 26, of Middletown, with false identification to law enforcement after an incident on Cumberland Street.
Simple Assault – At 3:39 p.m. July 20, police charged Dakota Ensminger, 28, of Lebanon, with simple assault after an incident on South 17th Street.
Vehicle Accident – At 12:06 a.m. July 25, a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Lebanon man was traveling north on Colebrook Road when the driver lost control of his vehicle and swerved into a house.
Possession with Intent to Deliver – At 11:48 a.m. July 31, police charged Eric Antongiorgi, 25, of Lebanon, with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver after an incident on South 16th Street. Police transported Antongiorgi to LCCB.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident, Drug Possession – At 11:06 p.m. June 30, police charged Eli Ramroop, 19, of Hershey, with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving vehicle at a safe speed after police responded to a crash on the 1400 block of Old Forge Road.
Palmyra Borough
Stolen Motorcycle – On July 25, police responded to the 100 block of East Cherry Street where a red Honda CBR500 motorcycle with PA registration 9XR97 was stolen overnight. Anyone with any information regarding the incident is asked to contact Palmyra Borough police at 717-838-8188.
Drug Possession – At 12:30 a.m. July 26, arrested John Clark, 32, at Sheetz, at 811 E. Main St., for a bench warrant. During a search, police found suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia on his person. Clark was transported to LCCB and charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
DUI, Traffic Violations – At 2:43 a.m. June 25, police pulled over a vehicle on the 100 block of South Forge Road after observing multiple traffic violations. Police determined that the driver, Charles Kamin Jr., 47, was impaired and arrested him for DUI. Blood results later showed that Kamin’s BAC was .202%. On July 24, charges were filed against him for DUI-highest rate of alcohol, DUI-general impairment, and four summary traffic violations.
Thank You For Help With Investigation – The Palmyra Borough Police Department would like to thank Derry Township police and the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office for their assistance in a lengthy investigation, which led to charges against Justin Waltz, 23, for sexual abuse of children-child pornography, unlawful contact with minors-sexual offenses, criminal use of communication facility, obscene and other sexual materials and performances-dissemination of explicit sexual material via electronic communication, and corruption of minors.

S.W.A.T. Golf Tournament Registration – Calling all golf enthusiasts! It’s time to sign up for the Lebanon County S.W.A.T. Golf Tournament. South Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident, Duties at Stop Sign – At 11:07 a.m. July 28, a Suzuki motorcycle driven by a 36-year-old Elizabethtown man failed to stop for a stop sign on Colebrook Road at Gingrich Road and crashed into a Kia sedan driven by a 52-year-old Harrisburg woman. The Elizabethtown man was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Lawn Volunteer Fire Company, University EMS, and First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon assisted on the scene. Police charged the Elizabethtown man with duties at a stop sign.
