The Pennsylvania State Police is inviting women ages 18 to 39 to experience a day as a state police cadet during their Women’s Career Expo on Saturday, Sept. 30.

Attendees will gain hands-on insights into life at the academy. Highlights of the day include workouts led by troopers, a swim in the training tank, and an opportunity to interact with current cadets. Participants will also be treated to lunch in the academy’s chow hall.

Furthermore, attendees will get an exclusive look at some of the specialized positions within the Pennsylvania State Police. This is a unique chance for women in Lebanon County and surrounding areas to learn about and consider a career in law enforcement.

Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP to Sgt. Dawn Carpenter via email at dawncarpen@pa.gov.
