Quittapahilla Audubon Society is holding its 45th annual sale of high-quality bird seed for the fall and winter seasons.
Orders are being accepted now through Oct. 21.
Find the full list of available seeds plus an order form in this PDF. Black oil sunflower seeds, nyjer seeds, safflower seeds, cracked corn, and more seed types are available, some in multiple sizes.
Organizers said that since wholesale prices have come down after spiking prior to the 2022 sale, buyers will see lower prices this year.
Pennsylvania sales tax is included in the prices on the order form.
Seed purchases must be picked up at the East Hall of the Lebanon Valley Expo Center on Friday, Nov. 3, from 3 to 6:30 p.m. or on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. to noon. Seeds will not be stored for pick up at other times.
This year, distribution of seeds will be done in a convenient way that doesn’t even require you to leave your vehicle, and QAS volunteers will load your orders for you.
