LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
Our Pet of the Week sometimes is a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home. Other times the weekly column will spotlight an animal that’s available for adoption through a local shelter and is seeking a forever family.
This week, meet adoptable Diamond!
Diamond is an American Staffordshire terrier that is around 4 years old, the Humane Society of Lebanon County told LebTown. “She found her way to us as an emergency surrender due to no fault of her own, when her previous owner could no longer care for her,” a shelter representative explained.
“This sweet gal loves everyone she meets! She loves attention and affection,” the shelter rep said. “Diamond walks well on a leash and enjoys exploring the play yard. Despite enjoying the yard, Diamond would also love a relaxing couch potato lifestyle! She would do well with kiddos. This lovely girl is seeking a home without other animals so she can be the queen of the castle!”
If you are interested in adopting Diamond, please fill out the adoption application online at lebanonhumane.org or call the Humane Society at 717-628-1369 for more information.
