The Community of Lebanon Association is celebrating Presidents Day this year with 300 pounds of cherry pie, and anyone who wants a slice – or a whole pie, for that matter – should get their orders in.
The pies will be available at Lebanon Farmers Market, at 35 S. 8th St., Lebanon, on Friday, Feb. 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 17, from 9 a.m. until the last pie is gone. Patrons have a choice of crumb or crust topping.
To guarantee a piece of pie, preorder with a credit card payment online at lebanoncla.com. Nine-inch pies are $14 and must be reserved by Feb. 9.
Single servings are $4 and must be reserved by Feb. 14. A limited number of slices will be available at market during the sale.
The event is sponsored by Visit Lebanon Valley.
