L.A. Car Wash, which formerly operated as Triangle Car Wash at 702 Quentin Road, Lebanon, is on the market.

The business is being sold with two other parcels — one on either side of the car wash facility. The asking price is $2.295 million, and it’s been listed since November.

“The car wash is between the other two lots. One has a commercial space that formerly housed a beer distributor, and the other has access to parking,” explained listing agent Michael Orta of Re-Max Cornerstone.

The car wash itself is a drive-through facility, and there are vacuums to one side. “There’s been a lot of interest in the car wash site. It comes down to who wants to tackle the project to modernize the car wash,” Orta said.

Its location with access to both Quentin and Cornwall roads is a plus. “There are two busy intersections there so there’s a lot of visibility for the car wash and commercial space,” the agent said.

Another plus is the fact that it’s not far from the Chick-fil-A that’s being constructed on the site of the former Golden Corral restaurant at 1147 Quentin Road in North Cornwall Township. According to a Dec. 18 LebTown article, the Chick-fil-A is expected to open in the fall and will be the first one in Lebanon County.

The parcels are currently owned by AJLP LLC, which is registered to Alex Frattaroli of Lebanon. The three parcels last changed hands in a $900,000 transaction in February 2021 between AJLP LLC and Frederick Real Estate Inc.
