It might not feel like spring this week, but hotter days are undoubtedly on their way.
For many folks, hot days lead to thoughts of ice cream, and in the Lebanon Valley, that leads some people to Colebrook Crossing. And those people will be happy to know the ice cream eatery at 1550 Mount Wilson Road has announced its schedule for April.
Colebrook Crossing will be open on Friday through Sunday, April 5-7, and Thursdays through Sundays, April 11-14, 18-21, and 25-28. According to their website, hours of operation for the business will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and 1 to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
“Beginning May 1, we will be open every day,” the business announced on its Facebook page. “We are looking forward to seeing you again!”
