Sealed proposals on Swatara Township Bid Forms and clearly marked BIDS FOR 2024 PAVING will be received until 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024 by the Swatara Township Board of Supervisors, Lebanon County, at 68 Supervisors Drive, Jonestown, PA 17038 for the paving of Black Oak Road, Grant Avenue, N. McKinley Avenue, Hoover Drive, Dewey Drive, Eve Avenue and Plum Lane, Lebanon, PA.

Note: Paving jobs over $100,000 are subject to prevailing wage. Bid packets may be picked up at the Swatara Township Municipal Building, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm excluding holidays.

All Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to Swatara Township. Swatara Township has the right to reject any and all bids.

The bids will be opened and read in the Swatara Township Municipal Building Conference Room, 68 Supervisors Drive, Jonestown, PA 17038 on Thursday, April 11, 2024, 7:00pm prevailing time. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder after legal review. The public is invited to attend.

Sealed proposals on Swatara Township Bid Forms and clearly marked BIDS FOR 2024 OIL & CHIP will be received until 3:00 p.m., April 11, 2024 by the Swatara Township Board of Supervisors, Lebanon County, at 68 Supervisors Drive, Jonestown, PA 17038 for the oil and chip of Stoner Road, Swatara Township, Pennsylvania.

Bid packets may be picked up at the Township Municipal Building, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
