On Sunday, April 28, Millard’s Salon and Spa, at 1111 W. Main St. in Annville, will offer free haircuts for all children in Lebanon County from noon to 7 p.m.
The salon is offering this service as part of its Haircut Charity Event. Parents are asked to bring their ID to verify their residency status and let the hairstylists “work their magic.”
Volunteer hairstylists are still needed for this event. Those interested can contact the salon.
