They’re a highly talented band who call themselves the Bronx Wanderers, but they make two very familiar stops as they tour the country. One is Las Vegas, where they have performed more than 1,000 shows at the Westgate, Bally’s, and Linq. The other is Mount Gretna.

The Wanderers – Vinny Adinolfi, his two sons and their two friends from high school – first appeared on stage at the Original Mount Gretna Cicada Music Festival in 2011, and they’ve been back each year ever since (except for one because of the pandemic).

The Wanderers kick off Season 29 of Cicada, the popular central Pennsylvania music festival, on Thursday and Friday, June 13 and 14, and are followed in August by performances by artists from the world of pop, rock ‘n’ roll and soul.

The Wanderers’ playlist spans generations, from the early 1960s to the ‘90s, and includes hits from such artists as Dion, Frank Valli, the legendary Queen and, even, Bruno Mars – music for both young and old.

Reserved seating tickets are $30 until June 1 and then $35 after that date. Tickets are available by mail order using the order form linked below. They can also be purchased at the box office on the day of the show. Please note that no phone or internet orders are available, and credit cards are not accepted.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m.; box office opens at 6 p.m.
