Area Agency on Aging to hold job fair for Meals on Wheels drivers

Area Agency on Aging is holding a job fair for immediate openings for Regular and Substitute (on-call) Meals on Wheels Driver.

Work for an agency that provides valuable services to people aged 60 and older – one of the fastest growing segments of the population in Lebanon County.

Applications will be accepted and immediate interviews offered on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 710 Maple Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. You will enter the building at the main entrance on Maple Street.

Meal Transporters Part-Time

Starting Salary – $12.14/hr., plus IRS mileage rate
Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Nature of Work: Use personal vehicle to deliver meals to eligible seniors in Lebanon County. Order/record meals each delivery day. Report changes in consumers’ condition to the office as soon as possible.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a clean driving record and must undergo a criminal background check.
