DUI, careless driving – Police charged Victor Vega, 26, after responding to a crash at 4:30 a.m. April 14.

Interference with the custody of a minor – Police charged Terrell Williams, 32, after an incident at around 11:20 a.m. May 9.

Simple assault – Police charged Hector Flores-Martinez, 35, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident at 2:24 p.m. May 13.

Drug possession, evading arrest on foot – Police charged Victor Morales-Jimenez, 43, with possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest on foot, and public drunkenness after an incident on May 14 on the 500 block of Chestnut Street.

DUI, drug possession – Police charged Matthew Butler, 35, with DUI (controlled substance), possession of a controlled substance, and one-way roadway after an incident at around 11 a.m. May 14.

Hit-and-run – On May 14, police responded to the 300 block of Pershing Avenue, where a white truck towing a black trailer (pictured below) struck the fire hydrant on the northeast corner of South 3rd Street and Pershing Avenue. The fire hydrant was knocked off and left at the location. The truck was last seen traveling east on Pershing Avenue. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Lebanon city police Officer Vedilago or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

National Police Week – The Lebanon City Police Department recognized this year’s National Police Week from May 12 through 18. National Police Week offers honor, remembrance, and peer support while allowing law enforcement officials, survivors, and citizens to gather and pay homage to those who gave their lives in the line of duty.

Myerstown Borough

Harassment – At 10:30 p.m. May 15, a 41-year-old Myerstown woman caused injury to a 61-year-old Mount Crawford, Virginia, man on West Main Avenue.

North Cornwall Township

DUI, careless driving – Police charged Fernando Rosario Alvarado, 22, of Lebanon, with DUI, careless driving, driving while suspended, and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection after an incident at 7:29 p.m. March 24 on Penn Avenue.

Vehicle accident, DUI – At 2:44 a.m. March 30, police responded to a crash on the 3000 block of Chestnut Street and arrested Adrian Sandoval, 29, of Lebanon, for DUI.

Disorderly conduct – Around 1:27 a.m. April 5, police charged a 21-year-old Philadelphia man after an incident on Quentin and Rocherty roads.

Retail theft – Police arrested Cassondra Tirado, 34, of Lebanon, after an incident at 11:23 a.m. April 4 at Target.

Retail theft – Police arrested Tammy Haley, 57, of Lebanon, and Melissa Weaver, 54, of Lebanon, after an incident at 5 p.m. April 11 at Giant.

Disorderly conduct – Police arrested Adriana Castaneda, 37, of Lebanon, after an incident at 11:41 a.m. April 14 at TJ Maxx.

Warrant – At 9:06 p.m. April 10, police pulled over a vehicle on Quentin Road and discovered that the passenger, Milagros Tirado, 48, of Harrisburg, had a warrant out of Dauphin County. Police took Tirado to LCCB without incident.

Drug possession – Police arrested Michael Davis, 25, of Coatesville, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, and suspended registration after an incident at 8:03 p.m. April 11 on Quentin Road.

Retail theft, drug possession – Police arrested Raymond Levan, 39, of Lebanon, for retail theft, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 12:14 p.m. April 19 at Tractor Supply.

Drug possession – Police arrested Jeffrey Titus, 43, of Norristown, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 12:05 a.m. April 23 on Cumberland Street.

North Londonderry Township

Harassment – Police charged a 57-year-old Annville resident with summary harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute at 10:45 p.m. May 10 on the 00 block of Auburn Drive. The individual reportedly grabbed the victim’s arms and squeezed, causing bruising.

Harassment – Police charged two 15-year-old Palmyra male juveniles after an altercation at Palmyra Area High School, 1125 Park Drive, at 1:40 p.m. April 26.

Terroristic threats, disorderly conduct – Police charged a 16-year-old Palmyra male juvenile after an investigation into threats made on May 3 at Palmyra High School, 1125 Park Drive. The juvenile posted a video on social media making threats toward persons at the school. The juvenile no longer attends the high school and was taken into custody by the Lebanon County Juvenile Probation.

Palmyra Borough

DUI, driving while suspended – Around 1:36 a.m. April 7, police pulled over a vehicle on the 00 block of North Duke Street, identified the driver as Sarah Sisco, 47, and found her to be operating with a suspended driver’s license while under the influence of alcohol. Sisco also failed to produce proof of insurance. It was later found that Sisco’s BAC was more than 0.16% at the time of the stop. On May 2, police charged Sisco with misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor DUI-0.16% or higher, summary driving while suspended, and required financial responsibility through MDJ Warner’s office.

Harassment – At 2:46 p.m. May 5, police responded to Lebanon Valley College, at 101 College Ave., where a person had been punched. The suspect had left the scene but was identified as a 19-year-old woman. On May 10, a non-traffic citation was filed against the woman for summary harassment (physical contact).

Disorderly conduct – At 5:39 p.m. May 12, police responded to the parking lot of Sheetz, at 811 E. Main St., for a fight involving two males, both of whom had left the scene when police arrived. After viewing video surveillance footage, police identified one of the males as a 48-year-old man. On May 13, a non-traffic citation was filed against the man for summary disorderly conduct.

Fleeing or attempting to elude police, traffic violations – At 12:29 p.m. April 29, police attempted to pull over a vehicle on the 00 block of South Lingle Avenue for traffic violations. The driver failed to yield for two miles before eventually being stopped by police. Charges were filed against Michael Brummett, 32, for misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude police and three summary traffic violations.

South Lebanon Township

Sale or transfer of firearms, unsworn falsification to authorities – On Feb. 18, 2023, Julio Correa-Santiago, 35, attempted to purchase a firearm from Dunham’s Sports, at 829 E. Walnut St., while not being legally permitted to do so. South Lebanon Township police were advised of the incident by Pennsylvania State Police. Police charged Correa-Santiago with felony sale or transfer of firearms and misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities.

Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates – On April 29, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street nd learned that James Longo, 63, produced counterfeit Pennsylvania inspection stickers using a home copier and was displaying the counterfeit stickers on his vehicle. Police charged Longo with misdemeanor altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates, summary violations of use of certificate of inspection, and summary required financial responsibility.

Simple assault, harassment – On May 5, police responded to Iona Road for a report of a domestic dispute and arrested Aaron Weaver, 27, for misdemeanor simple assault (domestic violence-related) and summary harassment.

Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates – On May 7, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street and learned that Jamie Montalvo, 55, purchased counterfeit Pennsylvania inspection stickers from an unauthorized source and was displaying the counterfeit stickers on his vehicle. Police charged Montalvo with misdemeanor altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates, summary violations of use of certificate of inspection, and summary required financial responsibility.
