LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
The Pet of the Week sometimes features a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home. Other times the column spotlights an animal that’s available for adoption through a local shelter and is seeking a forever family.
This week, meet adoptable Wynter!
Wynter, according to Pitties.Love.Peace rep Mika Stiefel, is an “easy-going and loving … cuddle queen.”
This 4-year-old pup is “mildly energetic and enjoys going for walks,” she says, and she “adores people of all ages, littles included.”
Head and butt scratches are her favorite thing, Mika adds, but she can also entertain herself with a toy. She’s crate-trained and house-broken, and although she’s friendly with other dogs, she “values slow introductions with new doggie friends. She would happily live as someone’s one and only canine companion.
Her tolerance of cats is unknown, Mika notes, but she could be formally tested for an approved applicant. She’s “looking for a loving family that will include her in all of life’s adventures.”
