Drug possession – Police charged Paige Sweigart, 29, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the Lebanon County Adult Probation Office on May 20 for a report of found narcotics.
DUI – Police charged Ashley Moll, 40, with DUI (alcohol) after a traffic stop May 12 on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.
Drug possession, evading arrest or detention on foot – Police charged Luis Butler, 34, after he attempted to flee from officers serving a warrant on May 16 on the 100 block of South Sixth Street.
Resisting arrest – Police charged Dawn Duckett, 60, when officers attempted to take her into custody on an outstanding warrant on May 16 on the 00 block of Maple Street.
Simple assault – Police charged Freid Torres-Rodriguez, 34, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after police responded to the 100 block of South Ninth Street on May 22 for a report of a disturbance.
Simple assault – Police charged Miguel Martinez-Garcia, 66, with two counts of simple assault (domestic violence-related) after police responded to the 1300 block of Monument Street on May 22 for a disturbance.
Resisting arrest, evading arrest or detention on foot – Police charged Coty Bleecker, 32, with resisting arrest, evading arrest or detention on foot, and possession of drug paraphernalia after police took him into custody on an outstanding warrant on May 23 on the 300 block of North Partridge Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Julia Boyer, 26, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police took her into custody on an outstanding warrant on May 27 on the 800 block of Guilford Street.
Accident involving damage to an attended vehicle – Police charged Juan Torres, 27, after he fled the scene of a crash on May 22 on the 1000 block of Willow Street.
Simple assault, resisting arrest – Police charged Alberto Cruz, 32, with simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness after police responded to a domestic disturbance on May 25 on the 300 block of Pershing Avenue.
Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest – Police charged Michael Sanchez, 32, with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substance, and public drunkenness after police observed a disturbance on May 27 on the 00 block of North Ninth Street.
Simple assault – Police charged Jose Ortiz, 35, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after police responded to a disturbance May 27 on the 400 block of Freeman Street.
Arrest warrant – On May 22, police issued an arrest warrant against Timothy Cassidy, 31, with the original charge being failure to register as a sex offender.
Accident involving damage to attended vehicle, duty to give information, careless driving – Police charged Hector Leandry-Vazquez, 40, after he left the scene of a crash on the 800 block of Guilford Street on May 28.
Drug possession – Police charged Anthony Miles, 44, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 300 block of North Gannon Street on May 28.
Firearms not to be carried without a license – Police charged Zachary Nagele, 22, with firearms not to be carried without a license, simple assault, terroristic threats, and harassment after an incident May 30 on the 100 block of Hill Street.
Arrest warrant – On May 30, police issued an arrest warrant against Heather Boyer, 32, with the original charges being possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrest warrant – On May 30, police issued an arrest warrant against Joseph Pietrak, 39, with the original charge being driving while suspended (DUI-related).
South Lebanon Township
DUI – Around 1:47 a.m. March 16, police pulled over a vehicle on South Fifth Avenue and learned that the driver, Franklin Davis, 55, was under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics. Upon receipt of Davis’ legal blood test results, police charged Davis with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, misdemeanor DUI with a BAC of 0.083%, misdemeanor DUI-controlled substance, summary maximum speed limit, and summary driving while suspended.
DUI – At 3:44 a.m. April 14, police pulled over a vehicle on East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Emily Pagan, 37, was under the influence of alcohol. Upon receipt of Pagan’s legal blood test results, police charged Pagan with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, misdemeanor DUI-high rate of alcohol BAC 0.101%, summary use of multiple beam lighting equipment, and summary turning movements and required signals.
Possession/sale/use of display documents – On May 14, police pulled over a vehicle on East Cumberland Street and noticed the inspection stickers on the vehicle were counterfeit. Police charged the driver, Rony Rodriguez-Roman, 45, with misdemeanor possession/sale/use of display documents.
Sale or transfer of firearms, unsworn falsification to authorities – On May 2, Weverton Esgrance, 34, attempted to purchase a firearm from Shyda’s Outdoor Center, at 1635 S. Lincoln Ave., while not being legally permitted to do so. Police charged Esgrance with felony sale or transfer of firearms and misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 1:56 p.m. May 14, a vehicle driven by a 65-year-old Lebanon resident was traveling south on Mount Wilson Road. A vehicle driven by an 18-year-old Palmyra man turned left in front of the Lebanon resident’s vehicle and they collided. The Palmyra man was treated and released on the scene by First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Police charged the Palmyra man with vehicle turning left. Lawn Fire Department shut down the road for accident clean-up.
DUI, disorderly conduct – Police charged Thomas Morris, 53, of Palmyra, with DUI-general impairment, DUI-highest rate, and two counts of disorderly conduct following a suspicious vehicle call at 12:30 a.m. April 6 on the 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike. Morris’s BAC was 0.187% at the time of the crash.
Vehicle accident, stop sign violation – At 3:22 p.m. May 23, a white 2009 Nissan driven by a 16-year-old Palmyra failed to stop at a stop sign at Bachmanville and Colebrook roads and then struck a black 2018 Honda driven by a 28-year-old Hummelstown man. The man was transported to Hershey Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Police charged the juvenile with a stop sign violation. Lawn Fire Company assisted on the scene.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Aggravated and simple assault – On May 26, police responded to the 200 block of West Cherry Street for a domestic dispute at around 10:36 p.m. and found a woman who sustained an injury to the top right side of her head. Marcellos Perry, 54, was takeb into custody and transported to LCCB to await arraignment on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment.
Warrant served – Police arrested Coty Bleecker, 32, in Lebanon on an outstanding warrant, with the original charge being theft by unlawful taking, and transported him to LCCB for arraignment.
Fleeing or attempting to elude police – At 4:03 p.m. May 14, police attempted to pull over a motorbike on the 600 block of West Main Street for traffic violations. The rider, who was later identified as Kedrin Sanchez-Figueroa, 20, failed to stop and evaded police. Police filed charges of misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude police and five summary traffic violations against Sanchez-Figueroa on May 20.
