67 Women, 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania is a traveling photo exhibit celebrating the life, courage, hope, and dignity of women who have battled breast cancer. This touching tribute showcases at least one woman from each of the stateโs 67 counties and serves as a unique reminder of the emotional and physical toll breast cancer takes on each woman and her family. Join the PA Breast Cancer Coalition for a FREE Photo Exhibit Opening Reception during Lebanonโs First Friday on Friday, June 7 from 5-8pm at the Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts (770 Cumberland St, Lebanon). Tour de Lebanon Valley at Lebanon Expo Center

Promoting the beauty of Lebanon Valley through cycling.
The Tour de Lebanon Valley is a twist on a classic Lebanon County ride. It includes a beautiful metric century (62 miles), a rolling mid-distance and a fun filled family ride (6 miles). Each route winds through rolling countryside, beautiful farmlands, young forests and past historic sites.
The metric century and mid-distance routes cover rolling terrain with only moderate elevation change. There will be three rest stops on the metric century and one on the mid-distance ride. The family ride takes place on the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. The first 100 registrants for the family ride will receive a free entry to the historic Cornwall Furnace (good for ride day, or any day!).

Quittapahilla Audubon Field Trip at Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area

On Saturday, June 8th at 8:00 AM, we will host an event: Birds, Blooms, and Butterflies at Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. Join the Quittapahilla Audubon Society on a guided hike to seek out the splendors of early summer. This hike will start at the Middle Creek Visitors Center and seek out what is currently in bloom, what is flying by; both in terms of birds and insects. The important ecological relationships between these species will also be investigated.
