Annville Township
Theft – In this incident on May 10, an unknown male actor removed a package containing a $64 mint green Ashthorpe acoustic guitar from the victim’s front porch on the 00 block of West Sheridan Avenue and fled in an unknown direction. The victim was a 20-year-old Lebanon woman.
Theft disposition of funds – At 9:55 p.m. May 11, police responded to Domino’s in Annville for a report of a male who used a fake $100 bill to obtain change. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Jonestown. Police are investigating.
DUI – At 3:17 a.m. May 25, police stopped a 2021 Nissan Versa driven by Wilmer Rivera Jimenez, 36, of Lebanon, on the 1000 block of East Main Street for a traffic violation. During the stop, police determined that Rivera Jimenez was DUI, arrested him, and transported him to the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon for a blood test. Charges are pending blood results.
Bethel Township
Vehicle accident, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property – At 8:55 a.m. May 25, a 2011 Hino box truck was pulling out from its parking spot and sideswiped the northeast corner of the building. No injuries were reported. Police charged the driver of the box truck with accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property (failed to stop and provide information to owner of unattended vehicle or property). Both parties were issued a Non-Reportable Drivers Exchange Property.
Theft by deception – On May 28, the victim came to the PSP Jonestown station to report that over the past year, he had been deceived by alleged females online that he believed to have dated but never met and sent about $10,000 over the course of that time before realizing it was a scam. The victim was a 53-year-old Lebanon man.
Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – At 8:06 p.m. May 28, this crash occurred on Johns Way Drive east of South Pine Grove Street. This crash involved a 2022 Honda HRV driven by a 43-year-old Fredericksburg woman accompanied by a 12-year-old Fredericksburg female juvenile, and a 2018 Ford F150XLT. The Fredericksburg woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but refused transport. The juvenile was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged her with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Vehicle accident – At 3:24 p.m. June 1, this crash occurred on South Pine Grove Street, south of Freeport Road. This crash involved a 2009 Toyota Corolla driven by a 65-year-old Lebanon woman and a 1997 Buick Le Sabre driven by a 77-year-old Fredericksburg woman. The Lebanon woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Fredericksburg woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Life Lion EMS to the Hershey Medical Center. Charges of driving vehicle at safe speed against Faulkner are pending investigation.
Vehicle accident – At 6:36 p.m. June 4, a 2016 Honda Civic Del Sol driven by a 53-year-old Fredericksburg man was traveling south on SR 343 when he observed a spider in his vehicle. He attempted to kill the spider, drove off the road, and struck a guide rail. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained suspected minor injuries to his hand but refused medical treatment. The Honda was towed from the scene by Blatt & Tillett.
Harassment – At 8:25 p.m. May 12, this incident occurred as the victim, a 20-year-old Bernville woman, and the arrestee, a 17-year-old Shillington female juvenile, became involved in a physical altercation on SR 22. The arrestee struck the victim with a closed fist and grabbed the victim’s hair. A non-traffic citation was filed against the arrestee.
Drug possession – At 8:12 p.m. May 23, police stopped a 2006 BMW driven by a 35-year-old Fredericksburg man on the 200 block of North Center Street for a traffic violation. Police found Gonzalez to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed.
Death natural – At 3:34 p.m. May 25, police responded to 2nd Street for a report of a death investigation. The victim, a 40-year-old Fredericksburg woman, was found deceased in her residence from apparent natural causes.
Vehicle accident – At 10:12 a.m. May 17, an unknown vehicle driven by an unknown driver was attempting to leave the parking lot and struck the corner of the post office building. The vehicle left the scene without providing information to the occupant of the building. No injuries were reported.
Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – At 1:48 p.m. May 25, a 1997 Honda Civic Del Sol driven by a 31-year-old Lebanon man was traveling north on Mount Zion Road. The Honda failed to negotiate a right turn and struck a 2023 Toyota Camry driven by a 42-year-old Smithdale, MS man. The Toyota was stopped at a properly posted stop sign on Stracksdam Road. The Lebanon man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained suspected minor injuries to his hand but was not transported. The Smithdale, MS, man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Honda sustained disabling front-end damage. The Toyota sustained minor front-end damage. The Honda was towed from the scene by Dale & Richards Towing. The Toyota left the scene under its own power. Police charged the Lebanon man with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – Sometime between May 31 and June 5, this incident occurred on the 600 block of Beach Run. An unknown actor(s) scratched the passenger’s side rear door of the victim’s vehicle. The victim has video surveillance footage of an individual near the vehicle but nothing that showed any active scratching of the paint. The investigation continues.

Drug possession – Police charged Melvin Rivera-Colon, 27, with possession of drug paraphernalia on June 4 after he was arrested on a warrant on the 500 block of Willow Street.
Terroristic threats, stalking, harassment – Police charged James Coward, 26, with terroristic threats, stalking, and harassment on June 4 after police responded to a threats complaint on the 1100 block of Willow Street.
PFA order violation – Police charged Jose Rosario Camilo, 24, with violation of a PFA order after an incident that occurred on June 3.
Open container – Police charged a 42-year-old man with open container at 1:10 p.m. May 2 on the 800 block of Willow Street.

Drug possession, false identification to law enforcement – Police charged Ricardo Salgado-Carino, 54, with possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement, and tampering with physical evidence after an incident that occurred on May 29.
False alarms to agencies of public safety – Police charged Christian Vasquez, 34, with one count of false alarms to agencies of public safety after an incident that occurred on June 4.
Fleeing or eluding police officer, reckless driving, driving on right side of roadway – Police charged Christian Amador-Navedo, 36, with fleeing or eluding a police officer, reckless driving, driving on right side of roadway, duties at stop sign, driver required to be licensed, and required financial responsibility after he fled from police on June 4.
Fleeing or eluding police officer, drivers required to be licensed – Police charged Alex Ortega, 18, with fleeing or eluding a police officer, drivers required to be licensed, and required financial responsibility after he fled from police on June 3.
Drug possession – At 9:58 p.m. May 24, this incident occurred on the 400 block of Chapel Street and involved a 2008 Infiniti and the arrestees, a 21-year-old Lebanon woman and a 19-year-old Jonestown woman.
Simple assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct – Police charged Abismael Gaud-Feliciano, 30, with two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct after police responded to a domestic disturbance on the 200 block of East Cumberland Street.
Endangering the welfare of a child, institutional vandalism, simple assault – Police charged Terrence Robinson, 34, with felony endangering the welfare of a child, felony institutional vandalism, simple assault (domestic violence-related), and resisting arrest after police responded to a disturbance on the 1000 block of Willow Street.
Aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest – Police charged Rashema Bartley, 30, with felony aggravated assault, felony endangering the welfare of a child, and misdemeanor resisting arrest after police responded to a disturbance on the 1000 block of Willow Street.
DUI – At 3:58 a.m. May 26, Jose Cruz-Alicea, 49, of Harrisburg, operated his vehicle on the 500 block of North 12th Street while under the influence of alcohol, which rendered him incapable of safely doing so.
East Hanover Township
Vehicle accident – At 9:40 a.m. May 25, this crash occurred on Ono Road at its intersection with Heilmandale Road. This crash involved a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old Lebanon man, accompanied by a 21-year-old Lebanon woman, and a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old Jonestown woman. The Lebanon man and woman were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Jonestown woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but was not transported.
Theft disposition of funds – On May 30, police responded to the lobby of the PSP Jonestown station for a report of a theft. During the crime, an employee of the Comfort Inn in Dauphin County emailed Team Lewis Landscaping in Grantville to inform them that they had overpaid their invoice. Team Lewis Landscaping sent the overpaid balance to a Bank of America account, as disclosed in the email. The original payment from the Comfort Inn was voided, and Team Lewis Landscaping lost about $11,705. Representatives from the Comfort Inn are claiming that the employee’s email was hacked. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft – At 12 p.m. June 2, police received a report of a ladder that was stolen from the 10200 block of Jonestown Road. The investigation revealed that a male was observed stealing a six-foot ladder from this location. The victim was a 68-year-old Palmyra man. Police are investigating.
Vehicle accident, obedience to traffic-control devices – At 6:24 a.m. May 21, a 2016 Nissan Altima driven by a 21-year-old Grantville woman failed to stop for a posted stop sign on Gravel Hill Road. The Grantville woman also failed to negotiate the intersection, crossed the intersecting road, and struck a utility pole. The Grantville woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Nissan was towed from the scene by a tow of the owner’s choice. Police charged her with obedience to traffic-control devices.
Death natural – This incident occurred around 10:53 a.m. June 3 on the 00 block of Orchard Drive. During this incident, the victim, a 72-year-old Annville man, suffered an apparent cardiac arrest two days after being discharged from the Hershey Medical Center for hypotension. The victim was with his sister at the time of the cardiac arrest and, after life-saving measures were unsuccessful, was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Heidelberg Township
Vehicle accident, careless driving – At 4:14 p.m. May 25, this crash occurred on SR 501 South at its intersection with Spring Haven Road. This crash involved a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta driven by a 33-year-old Myerstown man and a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by a 33-year-old Myerstown man. The Jetta driver was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but was not transported. The Mitsubishi driver was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged the Jetta driver with careless driving.
Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – Around 10:40 a.m. May 14, a 2013 Toyota Corolla was traveling north on West Main Street. A 2013 Toyota was traveling south on West Main Street. The driver of the Toyota Corolla was distracted while talking, crossed over the double yellow lines, and struck the other Toyota in a sideswipe-style crash. The driver of the other Toyota told police that she saw the Toyota Corolla coming toward her, and it did not seem to be moving back into its lane. The driver also told police that she started moving toward the right shoulder to avoid a crash but could not move over anymore due to being run completely off the road. The Toyota Corolla struck the other Toyota in its driver’s side rear door and rear quarter panel. The Toyota Corolla sustained damage to its driver’s side front bumper and fender. It was driveable but, due to the company policy of the registered owner, the driver requested a tow. The Toyota Corolla was towed from the scene by RJ Sells. The other Toyota sustained cosmetic damage and damage to its rear bumper. It was driven from the scene under its own power. Police charged the driver of the Toyota Corolla with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Vehicle accident – At 3:11 p.m. May 15, a 2012 Honda Civic Del Sol driven by a 21-year-old Womelsdorf woman was traveling east on SR 897, attempting to turn left onto Millbach Road. A 2009 Toyota Camry driven by a 52-year-old Myerstown woman proceeded west from the stop sign on SR 897 without clearance and struck the Honda. The Myerstown woman and the Womelsdorf woman were wearing their seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Honda was towed from the scene by Valley View Towing.
Vehicle accident, turning movements and required signals – At 8:09 a.m. June 3, this crash occurred on SR 897 at Horsehappy Road. This crash involved a 2024 Mazda CX5 and a 2017 Subaru Impreza. Police charged the driver of the Mazda with turning movements and required signals.
Vehicle-pedestrian accident – Around 4:58 p.m. May 22, a pedestrian, who had been playing with other children in the driveway, was being pulled in a wagon by another child on a bike. The wagon was fixed to the bike with a pin. While the child was pulling the pedestrian inside the wagon, the wagon detached from the bike. This resulted in the wagon rolling down the slight slope of the driveway into the right lane of South 5th Avenue. As the wagon holding the pedestrian entered the road, a 2012 Volkswagen was traveling east on South 5th Avenue. Due to a retaining wall that ran along the west side of the driveway, the driver of the Volkswagen was unable to see the pedestrian until the pedestrian was on the road. The driver was traveling at about 45 miles per hour, was unable to stop in time, and struck the pedestrian in the wagon.
Jackson Township
Vehicle accident – Around 3:01 p.m. May 10, police arrived at the 1300 block of Hilltop Road, which was the scene of the crash. A 2017 Honda CRV was traveling north on SR 645, near the 1300 block of Hilltop Road. The Honda crossed over the double yellow lines and struck a utility pole on the opposite shoulder. The Chevrolet sustained damage to its driver’s side mirror and driver’s side front tire. The driver requested a tow. Police spoke with the driver who related that she struck a tree (utility pole) and then kept driving. She related that she stopped at the church parking lot, and the car seemed fine to keep driving, so she decided to keep driving it. The driver related that her car started making a noise, so she became nervous and decided to pull over. A request for a medical exam was submitted for the driver. RJ Sells also assisted on the scene.
PFA order violation – Around 3:27 p.m. May 18, police responded to Fernwood Drive for a report of a PFA order violation. The arrestee was Daniel Werth, 34, of Harleysville. The victim was a 31-year-old Myerstown woman. The investigation is ongoing.
Vehicle accident – At 8:17 a.m. May 18, a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek driven by a 61-year-old Myerstown woman, accompanied by a 62-year-old Bernville woman was traveling east on SR 422. The Subaru failed to stop at a steady red traffic signal and was struck by a 1990 Ford F250 Supercab driven by a 49-year-old Myerstown man in the passenger’s side. The Subaru sustained disabling damage to its passenger’s side. The Ford sustained disabling damage to its front end and was towed from the scene by RJ Sells. The Myerstown woman and the Myerstown man were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Bernville woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital for a medical evaluation.
Vehicle accident – At 8:41 a.m. May 18, a 2004 Pontiac GTO driven by a 38-year-old Fredericksburg man was traveling south on SR 645. The Pontiac stopped at the properly posted stop sign. A 2020 Hyundai Sonata driven by a 64-year-old Jonestown man accompanied by a 57-year-old Jonestown woman was traveling north on SR 645 when the Pontiac proceeded through the stop sign. The Pontiac was struck by the Hyundai. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage to its front end. The Pontiac was towed privately. The Hyundai was towed from the scene by RJ Sells. The Jonestown man and the Fredericksburg man were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Jonestown woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries but was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit to WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment of asthma complications.
Vehicle accident – At 5:19 p.m. May 24, a 2020 Chevrolet Sonic was traveling south on Hilltop Road. A 2012 Nissan Sentra was traveling south on SR 501. The Chevrolet proceeded through a posted stop sign on Hilltop Road and entered SR 501 south without proper clearance. The Nissan struck the Chevrolet on its driver’s side. The Chevrolet sustained minor driver’s side and mirror damage. The Nissan sustained minor damage to its passenger’s side. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Both vehicles left the scene under its own power. Police issued the driver of the Chevrolet with a warning for stop signs and yield signs.
Vehicle accident – At 9:59 p.m. May 26, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling west on SR 422 when a dog ran out in front of it. The Jeep’s front struck the dog, and the Jeep pulled onto the shoulder, facing west. The Jeep sustained minor passenger’s side front-end damage and was driven from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Runaway – Around 8:34 p.m. May 22, police responded to the 500 block of East Rosebud Road for a report of a runaway juvenile. This incident occurred as the 12-year-old Jackson Township male juvenile was riding his bike with his brother. The juvenile told his brother that he was going to Lebanon City and proceeded to ride his bike in the direction of Lebanon City. The juvenile may be in a duplex near the intersection of Lehman Street and 7th Street. The white, non-Hispanic juvenile was last seen riding a red Mongoose bicycle wearing a red t-shirt with a basketball on it and gray shorts.
Runaway – At 5:29 p.m. June 4, it was reported to PSP Jonestown that Dominick Heverling, of Myerstown, ran away from his residence about two weeks prior. The last contact was made with Heverling by his mother on May 30 via text messages. Heverling is believed to frequent the Myerstown and Lebanon areas and is a habitual offender as a runaway juvenile. Vehicle accident – At 11 a.m. June 4, this crash occurred on North College Street, north of Hilltop Road. This crash involved a 2016 Ford Van 752 driven by a 66-year-old Bethel man and an unknown vehicle driven by an unknown driver. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries.
Jonestown Borough
Vehicle accident – At 12:17 p.m. May 24, a 2013 Ford Focus was parked at the temporary red light on South Lancaster Street at its intersection with East Market Street. A 2014 Chevrolet Cruze was directly behind the Ford. The Ford began to back up to allow a truck to turn onto South Lancaster Street from Market Street and subsequently backed into the Chevrolet. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.
Theft items from motor vehicle – At 4:10 a.m. June 5, this incident occurred on the 100 block of Twin Creeks Drive as an unknown actor(s) removed the catalytic converter from the victim’s 2003 Honda Pilot and fled the scene in an unknown vehicle. Drug possession – At 11:51 a.m. May 22, police pulled over a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution on the 300 block of West Market Street for a vehicle code violation. Police found the front seat passenger, Jebrir Maldonado, 23, of Lebanon, was in possession of a controlled substance. The passenger was charged accordingly.
Millcreek Township
Indecent assault – Police are investigating a ChildLine referral of alleged sexual abuse. The victim was a 7-year-old Womelsdorf female juvenile. The investigation is ongoing.
Harassment – At 10:02 a.m. May 30, a verbal and physical altercation occurred between the arrestee, a 31-year-old Newmanstown man, and the victim, a 24-year-old Newmanstown woman, on West Main Street. Video surveillance footage was reviewed, showing the arrestee push and shove the victim up a set of stairs. No injuries were observed on the victim, and the victim did not need medical attention. A non-traffic citation for harassment has been filed against the arrestee.
Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – At 5:53 a.m. May 25, a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck was traveling north on Sweetwater Road and left the road, striking a post with two mailboxes at its 11 o’clock position. The Dodge sustained functional damage and was able to leave the scene under its own power. The driver was not injured and did not require any medical attention. Police charged the driver with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Myerstown Borough
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – Around 8:15 a.m. May 11, police responded to the 200 block of West Washington Avenue for a report of criminal mischief. Police discovered that an unknown actor(s) keyed and punctured the right front and rear tires of the victim’s vehicle, a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, on May 11 between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. while it was legally parked in the parking lot of the Washington Apartments. There were no surveillance leads on potential suspects. The victim was a 40-year-old Myerstown woman. Identity theft – Around 5:51 p.m. May 18, police responded to the 300 block of West Main Avenue for a report of identity theft. The victim was a 30-year-old Myerstown man. The investigation is ongoing.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – At 5:30 p.m. May 29, police responded to South College Street and West Richland Avenue for a report of a kicked-over green porta potty valued at $100. A witness advised that a juvenile male had kicked it over and fled the area. A canvass was conducted and yielded negative results. There was no video surveillance footage, and no leads were generated. Police are investigating.
Vehicle accident – At 4:59 p.m. May 13, a 2022 Ford Mustang was traveling south on SR 501. The Ford attempted to park and struck the curb with its passenger’s side front tire. No injuries were reported. The Ford sustained a flat passenger’s side front tire.
Vehicle accident – At 8:06 a.m. May 22, a 2012 Ford Econoline E250 was traveling east on West Carpenter Avenue. A 2020 Toyota Camry was legally parked on the right side of the road. An occupant in the Toyota opened the driver’s door as the Ford was passing. The Ford struck the door with its passenger’s side mirror. The Toyota sustained minor damage to the door. The Ford sustained minor damage to its passenger’s side mirror. No injuries were reported. Both drivers were issued a driver exchange form.
Burglary – At 11:02 a.m. June 4, police responded to the 200 block of West Washington Avenue. During the investigation, police determined that an unknown actor(s) forced entry into the apartment building’s office. The unknown actor(s) then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Police are investigating.
Harassment – At 10:24 p.m. May 25, this incident occurred on the 00 block of South Cherry Street as Rebecca Johnson, 34, of Myerstown, struck a 39-year-old Myerstown man in the eye, causing a bruise.
North Annville Township
Drug possession – At 11:03 p.m. May 25, police pulled over a 1996 Suzuki on Wind Furnace Road and Ono Road. The driver, a 45-year-old Myerstown man, was found to be in possession of drugs and was transported to LCCB due to active NCIC warrants. Police are investigating.
North Cornwall Township
Retail theft – At 10:52 a.m. March 25, police arrested Zachary Worley, 30, of Lebanon, for retail theft at Target.
Theft – At 8:36 p.m. April 19, police arrested Alejandro Escobar, 22, of Lebanon, for theft at Sheetz.
DUI, drug possession – Around 4:16 p.m. April 19, police arrested Reynaldo Torres, 51, of Lebanon, for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia on Cumberland Street.
Harassment – At 3:32 p.m. May 9, police arrested an 18-year-old Lebanon man for harassment at WellSpan on Helen Drive.
PFA order violation – At 9:43 p.m. May 13, police arrested Nelson Houser, 29, of Lebanon, for a PFA order violation on Springwood Drive.
Public drunkenness – At 10:20 p.m. May 19, police arrested a 20-year-old Myerstown man for public drunkenness on Quentin Road.
Warrant served – At 7:31 p.m. May 17, police pulled over a vehicle on Summit Street and Daffodil Drive and discovered that Brian Stalnecker, 55, of Lebanon, had two active warrants from the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office. Police transported Stalnecker to LCCB without incident.
Warrant served – At 10:36 p.m. May 17, police arrested Darren Gladish, 29, of Lebanon, at Speedway because of a warrant from Montgomery County. Police transported Gladish to LCCB without incident.
Harassment, criminal mischief – At 12:33 p.m. May 12, police arrested Adrianna Thomas, 20, of Lebanon, for harassment and criminal mischief on Carlton Court.
Disorderly conduct – At 9:33 p.m. May 23, police arrested an 18-year-old Lebanon man for disorderly conduct on Blackford Boulevard.
North Lebanon Township
Vehicle accident, following too closely – At 5:35 p.m. June 5, a 2013 Nissan Altima and a 2014 Toyota Corolla were traveling south on SR 343. The Toyota began to slow down for a vehicle that was turning. The Nissan failed to stop in time and struck the Toyota in the rear. No injuries were reported. Both drivers were issued driver exchange forms. Police charged the driver of the Nissan with following too closely.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident, stop sign violation – At 12:26 a.m. June 2, a vehicle driven by a 36-year-old Palmyra woman accompanied by a 7-year-old Palmyra male juvenile, a 5-year-old Palmyra female juvenile, and a 4-year-old Palmyra female juvenile, failed to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of East Ridge Road and North Forge Road. The vehicle struck the embankment located on the northwest corner of the intersection. The Palmyra woman and her passengers were all transported to the Hershey Medical Center for patient evaluation. The Palmyra woman’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Police charged her with a stop sign violation.
Theft by unlawful taking – Police charged Kevin McDowell, 34, of Grantville, with one count of theft by unlawful taking after an incident that occurred at 6:28 a.m. May 6, on the 400 block of Campbelltown Road. An investigation revealed that McDowell was responsible for the theft of a motor vehicle.
Vehicle accident, stop signs and yield signs – At 1:37 p.m. May 31, a vehicle driven by a 52-year-old Palmyra man struck a vehicle driven by a 66-year-old Annville man near Maple Street and Plaza Drive. No injuries were reported. The Annville man’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Police charged the Palmyra man with stop signs and yield signs.
Vehicle accident, careless driving – At 5:56 p.m. May 30, police responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a vehicle that struck a utility pole near South Lingle Avenue and Cambridge Road. The driver, a 77-year-old Palmyra man, sustained no injuries. His’ vehicle was towed from the scene. Police charged him with careless driving.
Vehicle accident, limitations on overtaking vehicle on the left – At 8:44 a.m. June 5, a vehicle driven by a 35-year-old Annville resident attempted to overtake a vehicle driven by a 34-year-old Annville man on the left without proper clearance on the 1100 block of East Maple Street. The 35-year-old resident attempted to travel back into the right lane after passing the 34-year-old Annville man’s vehicle and struck the driver’s side of the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Police charged 35-year-old resident with limitations on overtaking vehicle on the left.
Richland Borough
Vehicle accident, following too closely – At 6:32 p.m. May 31, this crash occurred on East Main Street at its intersection with West Main Street. This crash involved a 2016 Kia Forte driven by a 17-year-old Newmanstown female juvenile and a 2011 Ford Fiesta driven by a 17-year-old Myerstown female juvenile. Both juveniles were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Police charged the driver of the Kia with following too closely.
Vehicle accident – At 12:46 a.m. May 10, an unknown vehicle driven by an unknown driver was traveling on Peach Alley, and a 1998 Volkswagen Jetta was legally parked on the west side of the road. The unknown vehicle struck the Volkswagen’s driver’s side mirror with an unknown part of its vehicle. The unknown vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction. There is no evidence or description of the unknown vehicle.
Firearms Act violation – At 3:21 p.m. Aug. 4, 2023, police received information from the PSP Firearms Division regarding a potential Firearms Act violation. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft disposition of funds – At 11:05 a.m. May 19, police responded to the 00 block of South Race Street. During the investigation, police determined that an 18-year-old Richland female victim sent money through Cash App to an unknown actor in exchange for puppies. The victim never received an animal in exchange for the money and suffered a monetary loss of about $950. Police are investigating.
South Annville Township
DUI – On June 2, police responded to West Main Street for a DUI involving a 2005 Toyota Camry driven by Spencer Reynolds, 21, of Gilbertsville.
South Lebanon Township
Drug possession – Police are investigating an incident around 3:30 p.m. May 8 in which two Lebanon County Prison inmates were discovered to be in possession of a suspected controlled substance. The investigation is ongoing.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident, vehicle turning left – Police charged a 36-year-old Lebanon man with vehicle turning left following a crash at 1:56 p.m. June 4. Wolfe’s vehicle turned in front of a vehicle driven by a 44-year-old Palmyra woman at the intersection of South Forge Road and Horseshoe Pike. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company also assisted on the scene.
Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – Around 3:29 p.m. May 30, police responded to the area of Northside Drive and Brookwood Drive for a report of a crash. During the investigation, police determined that a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old Lebanon man left its travel lane and struck a vehicle driven by a 53-year-old Manheim woman. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company and First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon also assisted on the scene. Police charged the Lebanon man with driving on roadways laned for traffic and use of prohibited test-based communications.
Vehicle accident, DUI, emerging from alley – Police charged Timothy Morgan, 72, of Palmyra, with DUI-general impairment, DUI-high rate, and emerging from alley following a crash that occurred at 7:23 p.m. April 28 in which his BAC was 0.137%. Morgan’s vehicle pulled out in front of a vehicle driven by Branden Miller, 27, of Enola, at the intersection of Elizabethtown Road and Reed Alley. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Lawn Fire also assisted on the scene.
Vehicle-pedestrian accident – At 9 p.m. May 29, two pedestrians were struck while crossing Route 322 in the crosswalk at the intersection of Horseshoe Pike and Palmyra Road. A Toyota sedan driven by a 47-year-old Palmyra woman was waiting to make a left turn from Palmyra Road onto Route 322. Once opposing traffic was clear, the Palmyra woman related that she made the left turn and did not see the pedestrians as they were crossing the street before hitting them. The pedestrians, a 61-year-old Denver, CO, man and a 25-year-old Durham, NC, woman were treated for minor injuries by EMS on the scene and were released.
Vehicle accident – Around 9:21 a.m. May 29, police responded to the 2700 block of Horseshoe Pike for a two-vehicle crash. Police made contact with each driver, who were identified as a 61-year-old Middletown woman and a 32-year-old Palmyra woman. Police determined that the collision had resulted in minor damage to each vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief – Police charged Edward Geib, 56, of Elizabethtown, with two counts of theft by unlawful taking and one count of criminal mischief. Over the span of a few nights in May 2024, Geib allegedly stole over $80 from a coin-operated machine at the Campbelltown Laundromat after using a tool to gain access to the machine. The machine was damaged as a result.
Swatara Township
Drug possession – At 10:19 a.m. May 24, police pulled over a 2012 Ford driven by Diane Dunkle, 55, of Grantville, on the 1800 block of SR 22 for speeding and arrested her for suspicion of DUI (drugs) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending blood results.
Vehicle accident, driving vehicle at safe speed – At 7:20 a.m. May 26, this crash occurred on Quarry Road at its intersection with Swatara Road. This crash involved a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 17-year-old Lebanon male juvenile and a 2021 Kia Carnival driven by a 72-year-old Lebanon man. The juvenile was not wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The 72-year-old Lebanon man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged the juvenile with driving vehicle at safe speed.
Vehicle accident, vehicle turning left – At 9:23 a.m. June 1, this crash occurred on SR 22 at its intersection with North Lancaster Street. This crash involved a 2016 Honda Odyssey driven by a 76-year-old Jonestown woman and a 2005 Ford F150XLT driven by a 41-year-old Jonestown man. The Jonestown woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but refused transport. The Jonestown man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged Hess with vehicle turning left.
Vehicle accident, driving on roadways laned for traffic – At 1:43 p.m. May 10, a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo driven by a 45-year-old Harrisburg resident was traveling north on Old Route 22, negotiating a left curve in the road. It left the road to the right side, striking a utility pole. This was the initial point of impact. After impact, the Chevrolet struck a road sign as it came to final rest. The driver was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged them with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Harassment – This incident occurred at 8:49 p.m. May 11 on Washington Avenue. During this incident, an unknown male actor called the victim, a 43-year-old Lebanon woman, using Text Now phone numbers and made statements to the victim, intending to cause alarm.
Harassment – This incident occurred at 11:06 p.m. May 12 on Washington Avenue. During this incident, an unknown actor placed harassing phone calls to the victims, a 43-year-old Lebanon woman, a 23-year-old Lebanon man, and an 18-year-old Myerstown man, through a Text Now app. The investigation is ongoing.
Carrying a firearm concealed without a license – At 1:49 p.m. May 22, this incident occurred on the 00 block of Pheasant Drive as the arrestee, Tyler Snyder, 34, of Lebanon, and his wife got into a verbal argument over their relationship. The arrestee related that he no longer wished to live and retrieved a handgun. The arrestee entered a vehicle on his property and left the property with the handgun concealed in the vehicle. The arrestee returned to the residence and threw the handful into the grass. Criminal charges of carrying a firearm concealed without a license were filed against Snyder.
Drug possession – At 3:58 p.m. May 22, police responded to the 2200 block of Quarry Road. Police determined that two females were in possession of suspected drugs. Police are investigating.
Harassment – At 6 p.m. May 3, police received a ChildLine referral for an incident that had allegedly occurred on Plum Lane. During the investigation, the victim, a 12-year-old Lebanon male juvenile, and the victim’s family did not cooperate, and nothing criminal had allegedly occurred.
Theft disposition of funds – At 4:14 p.m. May 18, this incident occurred on the 00 block of Behney Street. The victim was a 51-year-old Lebanon man.
Police pursuit – At 10:35 a.m. May 25, PSP Jonestown was conducting radar on SR 22 East, east of SR 72. Three motorcycles were observed traveling east at 121 miles per hour in a posted 55-mile-per-hour zone. Troopers attempted to stop the motorcycles. However, a pursuit ensued. Two of the motorcycles, one of which included a passenger, double-backed west on SR 22. The third went south on SR 343. Troopers continued onto SR 343 and discontinued the pursuit. Upon returning to the radar location, police observed the motorcycle with the passenger again. A second pursuit ensued, and a trooper was able to stop the motorcycle in the left lane. The trooper attempted to remove the operator from the motorcycle. The operator accelerated, dragging said trooper a short distance. The motorcycle double-backed west on SR 22 and exited toward SR 934, where the pursuit was terminated. No registration plates were observed on the motorcycles. The suspect is believed to be a male with a female passenger.
Disorderly conduct – At 12:47 p.m. June 2, police responded to a residence on the 400 block of Monroe Valley Drive for a vehicle doing doughnuts in the front yard and then the driver attempting to strike people with the vehicle. Storm Dumez, 20, of Jonestown, who is the grandson of the complainant and was evicted from the residence two years prior, was taken into custody. A search incident to arrest revealed a personal use amount of marijuana. The victims were a 65-year-old Jonestown man, a 54-year-old Palmyra man, and a 36-year-old Jonestown woman.
Theft of vehicle parts – At 4:03 a.m. June 5, this incident occurred on the 00 block of Swatara Circle as an unknown actor(s) sawed off the catalytic converter from the victim’s vehicle. The unknown actor(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means.

Vehicle accident – At 9:10 p.m. June 4, a 2018 Honda Civic Del Sol driven by an 18-year-old Halifax woman, accompanied by an 18-year-old Harrisburg woman, was traveling east on SR 22 and struck a deer in the road. The women were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries.
Union Township
Drug possession – At 9:59 a.m. May 24, police pulled over a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze on Allentown Boulevard. The driver, a 33-year-old Lebanon woman, was found to be in possession of drugs. Police are investigating.
Vehicle accident, following too closely – At 8:07 a.m. June 3, this crash occurred on Jonestown Road and Maple Lane. This crash involved a 2013 Hyundai Accent driven by a 24-year-old Annville man and a 2023 Mack Trucks driven by a 69-year-old Newmanstown man. The Annville man was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via Life Lion EMS to the Hershey Medical Center. The Newmanstown man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged the Annville man with following too closely.
Fleeing and eluding in vehicle – At 12:23 a.m. June 1, the arrestee, a 19-year-old Harrisburg man, fled from a traffic stop in a 2015 Dodge Charger at a high rate of speed. This incident occurred on Allentown Boulevard and SR 72.
Vehicle accident – At 3:32 p.m. May 13, a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus was traveling south on SR 72. A 2021 Infiniti Q50 began to make a left turn onto SR 72 when it struck the Lincoln in the driver’s side rear corner. This was the initial point of impact. The Infiniti sustained minor damage to its passenger’s side front corner. The Lincoln sustained damage to its driver’s side rear corner. No injuries were reported. Both drivers were provided a driver’s exchange form.
Death natural – This incident occurred at 6:03 p.m. May 11 on Huckleberry Road. During this incident, the victim, a 53-year-old Jonestown man, was found deceased from apparent natural causes by his wife.
Identity theft – On May 24, it was reported to PSP Jonestown of a resident that had a child claimed on taxes that neither parent had filed. The victim was a 10-year-old Fredericksburg female juvenile.
Death natural – At 6:11 a.m. May 18, police responded to Fort Swatara Road for a death investigation. The victim was a 75-year-old Jonestown woman. There were no signs of foul play. Police are investigating.
Harassment – At 9:33 p.m. May 24, the victims/arrestees, a 33-year-old Jonestown man and a 35-year-old Pine Grove man, were involved in a physical altercation at Linda Speedway. Police filed charges of harassment against the victims/arrestees through MDJ Ditzler’s office.
Corruption of minors – Police investigated an incident that occurred on May 26 in which an adult sent a sexually explicit image to a 14-year-old Elizabethtown male juvenile. The investigation is ongoing.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department
Catalytic converter thefts in Annville Township – The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department is investigating three incidents of thefts of catalytic converters from vehicles in Annville Township.ย These thefts occurred between 11:30 p.m. June 3 and 12 p.m. June 5. The involved vehicles were parked in the 100 block of South White Oak Street, the 200 block of West Sheridan Avenue, and the 100 block of North Cherry Street.ย Residents in those areas with surveillance cameras are requested to check their footage for suspicious activity/persons, especially during the hours of darkness.ย All residents are encouraged to contact the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department should they ever see anything suspicious.ย Officers can be reached at 717-838-8189 or through the Lebanon County Dispatch Center at 717-272-2054.
Warrant served – At 8:08 p.m. June 5, police made contact with a suspicious person at Turkey Hill, 100 W. Main St., Palmyra. Police identified the male as Zachary Harshbarger, 28, and determined that he had an arrest warrant from the Pennsylvania State Police, with the original charge being misdemeanor simple assault. Police arrested Harshbarger on the warrant and transported him to LCCB without incident.
Disorderly conduct, retail theft – Around 4:59 a.m. May 8, police were dispatched to Sheetz, 811 E. Main St., Palmyra, for a report of a subject causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. The subject had left the store by the time police arrived, but police were able to locate the subject a few minutes later. Police identified the subject as a 39-year-old man. During an investigation, police determined that he ate a bag of Doritos, valued at $2.69, inside Sheetz and then left the store without paying for the item. Also, while inside the store, the man began yelling and attempted to fight one of the employees. On May 27, two citations were filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging him with one count of summary disorderly conduct and one count of summary retail theft.
Burglary – On May 30, police responded to the 400 block of East High Street for a reported burglary. During the investigation, police learned that the suspect (pictured below) stole electrical wiring and breakers from inside the building. Police learned that the suspect came back a second time around 6:22 a.m. June 1. The suspect appeared to be a white male with short hair. Anyone who is able to identify the suspect or has information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department at 717-838-8189.
