Chick-fil-A has updated its outlook for the new Lebanon Plaza location to a “late Summer/early Fall” opening and posted jobs for the restaurant at 1147 Quentin Road, the company’s first in Lebanon County.
A total of 80-120 employees will be hired, a mix of part-time and full-time workers.
Available positions on the company’s website include Team Leader, Back of House Team Member, Front of House Team Member, and AM Prep Team Member.
Since LebTown’s last visit in June, signage is up, drive-thru lanes have been installed, and the location looks to be on the verge of completion.

The store’s local owner-operator will be Marty Windisch, a Pennsylvania native who went through Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program and now lives in Lebanon. According to a company provided bio, Windisch grew up an hour south of the future
restaurant, spent time playing sports in the area, and supported several central
Pennsylvania restaurant openings during his time in the leadership development program.
“My Chick-fil-A journey began six years ago under the mentorship of a local Owner-
Operator, so I’ve seen firsthand the importance of providing opportunities for others,” said Windisch in a press release about the hiring. “My mission is to be that light for my Team Members and provide them with mentorship and development opportunities so that they can thrive.”
