Update: Police have put out a warrant for the arrest of 27-year-old Lebanon woman Shakira Borrero-Rosario over two felony charges of aggravated assault for the July 27th incident.
The Lebanon City Police Department is investigating a stabbing incident that took place on the 800 block of Church Street on Saturday night.
Lebanon police said that they were called to WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Saturday, July 27. Upon arrival police found an assault victim who had been stabbed several times.
Police said the victim is in stable condition and is expected to recover.
An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding the assault is asked to contact Detective Enoc Ayala or submit a tip through the city’s Crimewatch website.
