To celebrate its grand opening, Dunkin’ will give away free coffee to the first 100 customers in line at its newest location in Myerstown.
The location first opened its doors to the public earlier this year.
The giveaway will take place on Saturday, Aug. 3, starting at 9 a.m. at 289 W. Lincoln Ave.
The first 100 customers who attend the celebration will receive a coupon book containing four free medium hot or iced coffee coupons per month for 14 months. The coupons are only valid at the Myerstown location.

The celebration will also include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m., with local franchisees the Zlocki family hosting the event. The ceremony will be followed by a check presentation of $500 to Myerstown Community Library.
The Dunkin’ prize wheel will give customers a chance to win Dunkin’-branded items such as mugs and mascots.
The 2,000-square-foot Next Generation restaurant, according to a press release, includes a modern, open design and a tap system that serves eight cold beverages such as iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew.
The facility was designed with increased energy efficiency in mind, including LED lighting, high-efficiency mechanical equipment, and low-flow faucets. Customers will also be able to place their orders on fully integrated digital kiosks.
The Zlocki family owns 13 Dunkin’ franchise locations in Pennsylvania. The Myerstown location will employ 20 people with free wi-fi and a drive-thru, and it is open daily from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.
