Friday will be dry, with rain poised to impact our region Saturday and Sunday.

A fantastic start to our weekend kicks off with a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures getting into the upper 80s this afternoon. Clear skies this evening will give way to increasing clouds as our overnight low holds in the middle 60s.

Saturday will start off with partly cloudy skies giving way to increasing cloud cover by the early afternoon hours. A slow-moving front will drape across the region and provide scattered showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will top out near 80 degrees. Saturday night will feature more widespread showers developing as overnight temps hold in the mid 60s.

Sunday looks currently, like the best day for area wide, steady, much needed rain. Temperatures will be held in the upper 70s.

If you have outdoor plans, get them done Friday or Saturday.
