Bethel Township
Theft of lost/mislaid property – Sometime between 9 and 10 p.m. on July 29, an unknown person stole lost/mislaid property owned by a 67-year-old Myerstown female on the 2900 block of SR 22.
Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer – At 1:40 a.m. Aug. 11, police engaged in a pursuit of a Ford Mustang in the area of William Penn Highway and Mount Zion Road. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the driver is asked to contact PSP Jonestown.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – On July 25, police received a report that between 4 and 6 a.m., a two-tone 1986 Ford pickup truck owned by a 45-year-old Fredericksburg man had its driver’s side window broken while parked along the road in the area of the 100 block of West Main Street.
Statutory rape – On Aug. 10, police responded to a home on Sunset Drive for a reported sexual contact between an adult and a 15-year-old Fredericksburg girl.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle – Sometime between 8 a.m. Aug. 2 and 10 p.m. Aug. 4, a 51-year-old Fredericksburg woman reported the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on the 100 block of North Center Street.
Vehicle accident – At 4:38 p.m. Aug. 5, a 2010 Lexus driven by a 50-year-old Lititz man was traveling south on Fredericksburg Road. A 2014 Chrysler Town and Country minivan driven by a 29-year-old Lebanon woman, accompanied by a 2-year-old Lebanon boy, a 1-year-old Lebanon boy, and a 5-year-old Lebanon boy, was traveling west on Shirksville Road, approaching the Fredericksburg Road intersection. The Lexus stopped at the stop sign, then made a left turn onto Shirksville Road in front of the Chrysler, which collided with the Lexus. Both vehicles spun into a field. All occupants were wearing seatbelts or using child safety seats, and no injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed. Police charged the Lititz man with a stop and yield sign violation.
Harassment – At 4:26 p.m. July 29, a 70-year-old Lebanon man was observed on surveillance video footage shooting water from a hose at a 19-year-old Lebanon man and his vehicle in the 00 block of Sunrise Court. Police cited the 70-year-old man with harassment/acts to annoy.
Harassment – Around 4:10 p.m. Aug. 7, a 24-year-old Pine Grove woman reported that her ex-boyfriend, a 28-year-old Jonestown man, has been repeatedly texting and showing up at her place of employment. Around 9:45 p.m. Aug. 7, police responded to the 1400 block of Suedberg Road and met with the woman, who reported that the Jonestown man drove to her home and caused a disturbance before fleeing. The man returned to the woman’s residence two more times, at around 9 a.m. and again around 10 a.m. on Aug. 8. Charges will be filed.
City of Lebanon
DUI – At 11:43 p.m. July 19, an incident occurred on the 900 block of Walnut Street involving a 2011 Toyocar van container trailer and Jesus Echevarria Estremera, 25, of Lebanon.
Retail theft – Lebanon city police are attempting to identify the suspect in the picture below for stealing merchandise from Family Dollar, 1034 Maple St. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

East Hanover Township
Vehicle accident – At 5:15 p.m. Aug. 11, a 2019 Nissan Altima driven by a 21-year-old Fort Belvoir, Virginia, woman accompanied by an 84-year-old Annville woman, was traveling north, and a 2017 Nissan Versa driven by an 87-year-old Annville man was traveling south on North SR 934 near Jonestown Road. The Altima failed to maintain its lane and struck the Versa head-on. All occupants were wearing seatbelts, sustained suspected minor injuries, and were transported via Life Lions EMS to Hershey Medical Center. Both vehicles were towed. Police charged the Fort Belvoir woman with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Vehicle accident – At 4 a.m. July 28, a 2010 Honda Accord driven by a 17-year-old Lebanon girl was traveling south in the area of the 00 block of McGillstown Road. The Honda failed to negotiate a right curve and struck a utility pole. The juvenile was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Honda was towed. Police charged the juvenile with obedience to traffic-control devices.
Theft by deception – At 8:28 p.m. Aug. 9, police responded to the 10400 block of Jonestown Road for a reported use of counterfeit money involving a 62-year-old Harrisburg woman.
Vehicle accident – At 5:13 p.m. Aug. 6, a crash occurred on Fisher Avenue, south of Biddle Drive, between a 2024 Ford Maverick driven by an 84-year-old Annville man and a 2019 Ford Explorer driven by a 54-year-old Jonestown man. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Police charged the Annville man with a stop and yield sign violation.
PFA order violation – At 1:09 p.m. Aug. 4, Stephen Warfield, 34, of Ono, allegedly sent a 30-year-old Ono woman several messages over TikTok messenger despite an active PFA order that prevents contact between Warfield and the woman. Additionally, between the time of the call and police arrival, Warfield drove past the woman’s house, stopped his vehicle, and spit out the window towards her. Charges were prepared, but Warfield could not be located. Çharges were subsequently filed.
Heidelberg Township
PFA order violation – Around 4:46 p.m. Aug. 4, police responded to a report of a PFA violation on the 00 block of North Market Street. Around 3:53 p.m. Aug. 4, William Fathree, 31, of Mechanicsburg, sent a text message despite an order prohibiting Fathree from having any contact with the 30-year-old Myerstown woman.
Jackson Township
Vehicle accident – At 6:24 a.m. July 23, a 2011 International Harvester 4000 garbage truck driven by a 20-year-old Annville man, accompanied by a 24-year-old Shiremanstown woman, was traveling west on East Rosebud Road. The truck exited the road to the right, and the Annville man lost control and rebounded to the far side of the road. The truck hit a bank and traveled across the road again, falling onto its driver’s side and exiting the road. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained suspected minor injuries to his face. The woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The truck was towed.
Theft of vehicle parts – Around 5:29 p.m. July 30, police responded to the 400 block of East Lincoln Avenue for a report of a theft of catalytic converters from vehicles. The thefts involved a 1997 Ford Club Wagon E250, a 1998 Ford Econoline E450, a 1998 Ford Club Wagon E250, two 2001 Ford F250 Supercab pickup trucks, and a 1991 Ford Club Wagon E250 in the Stone Ridge Retirement Home.
Criminal mischief $1,000+ – Around 7:51 p.m. July 23, police responded to a home in the 300 block of Meadow View Drive, where a metal Yeti thermos was thrown at a black 2019 BMW 330i sedan driven by a 28-year-old Myerstown man heading west on East Main Street. The thermos struck the passenger side fender and broke the side mirror, causing an estimated $4,583.12 in damage.
Statutory rape – At 6:54 p.m. July 21, police responded to the 00 block of East Rosebud Road for a report that a 16-year-old Wernersville girl was sexually assaulted.
Vehicle accident – At 3:58 p.m. July 23, a 2023 Freightliner TT was traveling south on Weavertown Road when it traveled onto the southbound shoulder and sideswiped a Met-Ed telephone pole. The Freightliner sustained minor damage. Met-Ed was contacted regarding the damage to the pole.
Vehicle accident – At 2:09 p.m. Aug. 13, a 2006 Harley-Davidson Softail Springer Classic was traveling south on SR 501 when it stopped to turn left onto Elco Drive. A 2017 Honda Civic was traveling south on SR 501 and was not able to come to a complete stop and rear-ended the Harley-Davidson. Both vehicles were able to leave the scene under their own power. Police charged the Honda driver with driving vehicle at safe speed. Myerstown EMS and Keystone Hook and Ladder/Fire Police assisted on the scene.
Jonestown Borough
Harassment – Around 7:07 p.m. Aug. 1, police responded to a disturbance on West Market Street and discovered that a 27-year-old Greensboro, North Carolina, woman slapped a 38-year-old Jonestown woman. A non-traffic citation for harassment was filed.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – On July 26, police received a report that between 4 and 9 p.m. the day before, a two-tone 1989 Ford pickup truck owned by a 32-year-old Jonestown woman had its driver’s side window broken while parked along the road in the area of the 100 block of West Market Street.
Assault – At 9:09 p.m. Aug. 5, police responded to the 00 block of West Market Street for reports of yelling in an apartment. Police found that a physical domestic had occurred between Jalvi Nunez, 18, of Lebanon, and his girlfriend. Police observed that the girlfriend had an injury to her face. Police took Nunez into custody and transported him to LCCB, where he will be held pending arraignment.
Harassment – At 7:28 p.m. Aug. 8, police responded to the 100 block of West Market Street for a reported harassment involving a 69-year-old Jonestown woman.
Indecent assault – At 4 p.m. July 25, police determined that three male juveniles have been constantly making physical contact with one another’s genital areas while at work. The owner of a restaurant on the 300 block of West Market Street recorded the actions and also made physical contact. Police are investigating.
Myerstown Borough
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – Around 3:25 a.m. July 27, police responded to the Stone Ridge Towne Center Nursing Home for a smashed glass door, valued at $200. Police determined that someone threw a rock through the glass door of the abandoned east wing, reached in, pulled the fire alarm, and fled. No surveillance camera footage was available for the incident, and no witnesses were in the area. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194.
Theft from a motor vehicle – Police responded to the 200 block of South Railroad Street for a theft of $50 in cash from a motor vehicle sometime between 11 p.m. Aug. 3 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 4. This incident involved a 2021 Hyundai and a 1995 Jeep, as well as a 35-year-old Myerstown man.
Theft of a motor vehicle – Sometime between 2 and 9 a.m. July 31, someone stole a black and gray 2022 Jeep owned by a 34-year-old Myerstown woman on the 200 block of South Cherry Street.
Theft from a motor vehicle – Around 5:13 p.m. Aug. 4, police responded to the 300 block of West Main Avenue for a report that someone entered an unlocked 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt owned by a 20-year-old Myerstown woman and stole a set of car keys and a wallet containing her social security and debit cards. Theft from a motor vehicle – Around 3:04 p.m. Aug. 4, police responded to the 200 block of West Carpenter Avenue, where someone entered an unlocked 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan belonging to a 35-year-old Myerstown man and took a bottle of men’s cologne and an Apple Macbook. The suspect also entered the victim’s 2013 Volkswagen Jetta and opened the center console, but the owner did not observe anything missing from the Jetta.
Theft from a motor vehicle – Around 3:36 p.m. Aug. 4, police responded to the 100 block of Albright Court for a report that someone entered an unlocked 2016 Hyundai belonging to a 53-year-old Myerstown woman sometime between Aug. 2 and 1:35 p.m. Aug. 4 and stole the victim’s brown purse.
DUI – Around 7:14 p.m. Aug. 9, police pulled over a 2003 Saturn Ion on the 200 block of West Maple Avenue, took the driver, Angeleah Perez, 29, of Myerstown, into custody for suspicion of DUI, and transported her back to the PSP Jonestown station for a breath test. Perez’s BAC was 0.082% at the time of the incident. Charges will be filed.
North Lebanon Township
Theft by unlawful taking – Police charged Sean Logan, of Lebanon, after he allegedly removed property on the 1100 block of Old East Cumberland Street on March 19.
Accident involving damage to property – Police charged Jennifer Witmer, of Lebanon, after striking another vehicle at the Walmart gas station parking lot on June 18 and leaving the scene. Police also charged Witmer with driving an unregistered vehicle.
Retail theft – Police charged Sacha Boyd after she used her purse to conceal merchandise for Demetri Stefanow to commit retail theft on Aug. 5. They exited the store without paying for the merchandise, valued at $4.99.
Burglary, criminal trespass – Police charged Brandy Myers, of New Freedom, with burglary, criminal trespass, and theft by unlawful taking after she entered Longhorn Steakhouse while it was closed and took $1,700 from the safe on July 27.
Drug possession – Police charged Daniel Kline, of Lebanon, with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (smoking pipe) after being stopped on Aug. 5 on the 1500 block of East Cumberland Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Dylan Scott, of Lebanon, with possession of a controlled substance (heroin and methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia after being found unresponsive in the Walmart parking lot on Aug. 2.
North Londonderry Township
Disorderly conduct – At 3:30 p.m. Aug. 10, police charged a 49-year-old Troy, New York, man after police responded to the Walmart in Palmyra for a report of a man smoking marijuana in the parking lot.
Harassment – Police charged a 47-year-old Palmyra woman with summary harassment after she repeatedly called the other party from mid-May through Aug. 6. The Palmyra woman was blocked by the party and told by the party and North Londonderry Township police to have no further contact. The Palmyra woman called and left over 100 voice messages in that time span.
Richland Borough
Burglary – At 7:01 a.m. July 19, someone forced entry into a building on Memorial Drive and East Main Street and vandalized it. This incident involved a 47-year-old Richland man.
Evading arrest or detention on foot. – At 7:16 p.m. July 25, Gage Nafzinger, 22, of Lebanon, evaded troopers by running on the 200 block of South Race Street. Police later apprehended Nafzinger and took him into custody without incident on active NCIC warrants. Charges were filed for evading arrest or detention on foot.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – Around 3:52 p.m. Aug. 8, police responded to a home on the 100 block of Birch Street for a report of criminal mischief. Police discovered that someone broke four glass blades of a louvre window at the rear of the residence belonging to an 80-year-old Richland woman sometime between Aug. 3 and 8. South Lebanon Township
Drug possession – Around 1:18 a.m. Aug. 3, police pulled over a vehicle on East Walnut Street and learned that a passenger, Janielette Deitz, 36, was in possession of illegal narcotics. Police charged Deitz with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer – On June 2, police attempted to pull over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Cumberland Street. The driver, John Fillak, 50, failed to yield to the officer’s emergency lights and siren and fled from the scene. The officer did not pursue the vehicle, but it was later located. Upon receipt of Fillak’s legal blood test, police charged him with felony fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, misdemeanor DUI-controlled substance (methamphetamine), misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, summary operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, summary duties at stop signs, and summary operation following suspension of registration.
Vehicle entries – South Lebanon Township police are investigating multiple vehicle entries that have occurred during the overnight hours in the township. These incidents have involved unlocked vehicles that have been entered and rummaged through, with cash and multiple items being reported stolen. Officers are asking for help in identifying the suspects in the videos below. Pay attention to their clothing, shoes, and mannerisms. South Londonderry Township
Disorderly conduct – At 7:58 p.m. Aug. 9, Maurice Spencer, 40, of Flint, Michigan, caused a disturbance on a Greyhound Bus and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Swatara Township
Vehicle accident, driving too fast for conditions – At 10:01 a.m. Aug. 9, a 2006 Honda Accord driven by a 61-year-old Pottsville woman was traveling on Old Jonestown Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a ditch on the left side of the road. She was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged her with driving too fast for conditions. Motter’s Towing and Bunkerhill Fire Company assisted on the scene.
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – At 7:18 p.m. Aug. 8, police responded to the 1900 block of Grace Avenue for a report of damaged property. This incident involved the arrestee, Travis Sutherly, 41, of Lebanon, and a 64-year-old Lebanon man.
Theft – Around 8:39 p.m. July 22, police received a report of a stolen registration plate and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. According to police, Gaston Dalton was given permission to borrow a silver/gray Dodge Nitro by a 59-year-old Jonestown man in December 2021. When the Jonestown man asked Dalton to return the Dodge, Dalton told him that it had a blown motor and would not run. Around 10:36 a.m. June 12, the PA registration went through a toll by plate, and the Jonestown man received a toll by plate bill for the registration that was on the Dodge. The PA registration was entered into CLEAN/NCIC as stolen.
PFA order violation – Around 2:36 p.m. July 22, police responded to the 1900 block of Quarry Road for a PFA order violation and determined that Freddie Jones, 28, of Lebanon, violated his PFA order through third-party contact with a 64-year-old Lebanon woman.
Harassment – On Aug. 5, it was reported that a verbal altercation had occurred on the 00 block of Groy Avenue. A witness reported that a 59-year-old Lebanon man said he was going to go to his neighbor’s residence and finish the male owner off with a bat, then handle the witness’s mother the next day. Police issued an NTC to him on the scene.
Union Township
Warrant served – At 10:45 p.m. July 29, police responded to the 00 block of Marsanna Lane and found David Dostick, 40, of Jonestown, to be involved in a stalking/harassment situation involving a 26-year-old Jonestown woman. An arrest warrant was obtained, and Dostick was later taken into custody.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police
Open lewdness, disorderly conduct – Around 5:40 p.m. July 26, police responded to the area of SR 934 and Forney Lane for a report of a disabled vehicle. Police determined that the driver, Natalia Garcia, 23, of Reading, was driving with a suspended license. On Aug. 1, police filed charges of misdemeanor open lewdness, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, two counts of summary harassment, and summary driving while suspended against Garcia through MDJ Ditzler’s Office.
Criminal mischief – On July 15, police charged a 14-year-old boy with five counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief, five counts of summary simple trespass, and summary theft by unlawful taking for a series of backyard trampoline vandalisms throughout Palmyra Borough.
Warrant served – On Aug. 11, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1300 block of East Main Street and identified the driver as Jack Collins, 50. Collins was driving with a suspended license and had a bench warrant out of the Dauphin County Sheriff’s Department, with the original charge being failure to appear. Collins was taken into custody and transported to booking. Additionally, police cited Collins with driving while suspended.
Theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property – On Aug. 9, police filed charges of felony theft by unlawful taking and felony receiving stolen property against William Finkbone, 66, through MDJ Warner’s office. Charges are the result of an investigation into an incident reported to regional police on May 13 on the 200 block of East Maple Street. During the incident, Finkbone accepted money from the victim to complete construction work and failed to start the work or reimburse the victim.
False reports to law enforcement – Around 7:08 p.m. July 26, police responded to Horseshoe Pike and Valley Lane for a report of a hit-and-run and determined that the driver of the Kia Forte, Natalia Garcia, 23, fled the scene. On Aug. 7, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging Garcia with false reports to law enforcement-incriminating another, accident involving damage to attended vehicle, driving while suspended, duty to give information and render aid, summary careless driving, and summary driving on roadways laned for traffic.
