Bethel Township

Theft disposition of funds – At 4:55 p.m. Aug. 7, police investigated the report of fraudulent charges to a 67-year-old Fredericksburg woman’s First Citizen Community Bank credit card.

Terroristic threats – Police are investigating threats that were made to a 26-year-old Ephrata woman employee at Redner’s Quick Shoppe.

Vehicle accident – Around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 19, police responded to SR 343 at Freeport Road for a two-vehicle crash. A 2012 Acura MDX driven by an 18-year-old Furlong man entered the road without yielding to a 2007 Honda Accord driven by a 66-year-old Lebanon man. The Honda was traveling south on SR 343 and collided with the Acura. The Furlong man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Lebanon man was wearing a seatbelt and was transported via Life Lion EMS to Good Samaritan Hospital for medical evaluation. Blatt and Tillett Towing assisted on the scene. Charges of vehicle entering or crossing the roadway against the Furlong man are pending investigation.

City of Lebanon

DUI – On Aug. 20, police charged Ranysha Wilson, 40, with DUI-alcohol and required financial responsibility after a traffic stop on the 00 block of South 10th Street.

DUI – On Aug. 16, police charged David Panak, 65, with DUI-alcohol and one-way roadways after a traffic stop on the 500 block of Cumberland Street.

Possession of drug paraphernalia – On July 30, police charged Justin Lisk, 29, after an incident on the 100 block of Van Buren Street.

Criminal mischief – On Aug. 20, police charged Julio Nunez Gonzalez, 30, after an incident on the 1500 block of Cumberland Street.

Theft by unlawful taking – On Aug. 19, police charged Jorge San Miguel-Ayala, 57, after an incident on the 500 block of Cumberland Street.

Aggravated assault, harassment, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 16, police charged Frank Morales, 47, after responding to a physical domestic on the 500 block of North 7th Street.

Retail theft – On Aug. 16, police charged Angel Bernabe-Agosto, 29, after an incident on the 1000 block of Church Street.

Public drunkenness – On Aug. 16, police charged Aaron Foster, 42, with general impairment, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, and public drunkenness after responding to a report of an intoxicated driver on the 200 block of South 6th Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 20, police charged Elizabeth Callace, 39, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 400 block of North 7th Street.

Simple assault, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 22, police charged Zaelys Dearce, 21, with simple assault, conspiracy to commit simple assault, and disorderly conduct after responding to an assault on the 800 block of Bowman Street.

Attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer – On Aug. 16, police charged Thomas Davis Jr., 57, with attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest after attempting to serve an active warrant on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 17, police charged Alberto Ventura Jr., 37, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 18, police charged Marla David, 42, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 00 block of North 12th Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 19, police charged Keishla Rivera-Rivera, 29, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the area of 12th and Walnut streets.

Arrest warrant – On Aug. 20, police issued an arrest warrant against Angel Bernabe-Agosto, 29, with the original charges being possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terroristic threats, simple assault – On Aug. 20, police charged Xiomara Fernandez Figueroa, 36, after an incident on the 900 block of Guilford Street.

PFA order violation – On Aug. 19, police charged Luis Rivera Ruiz, 34, with violating a protection from abuse order after an incident on the 500 block of North 2nd Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 21, police charged Destiny Martinez, 27, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 700 block of Jonestown Road.

Indecent exposure – On Aug. 21, police charged Jesse Strickler, 29, with indecent exposure, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness after an incident on the 1400 block of Elder Street.

Drug possession, tampering with evidence – On Aug. 22, police charged Dzaire Hill, 23, with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence after a traffic stop on the 100 block of North 8th Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 21, police charged Rhileem Hill, 35, with possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on the 100 block of North 8th Street.

Drug possession – On Aug. 23, police charged Richard Hoofnagle, 48, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 1100 block of Poplar Street.

Drug possession, retail theft – On Aug. 22, police charged Ruben Pagan, 24, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, evading arrest or detention on foot, and public drunkenness after an incident on the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

East Hanover Township

Harassment – Around 4:38 p.m. Aug. 17, police responded to the 10200 block of Jonestown Road and met with the complainant, who reported that a 15-year-old Grantville boy was threatened by a Pine Grove man. Police spoke with the boy, in the presence of his mother, who reported that a friend overheard the Pine Grove man make a threatening statement. The friend completed a witness statement noting that, at around 6 p.m. Aug. 16, “I was walking with (the complainant), and he said that if (the victim) would do anything to (another individual), that he would kill (the victim).” A non-traffic citation for harassment was filed.

DUI – At 1:10 a.m. Aug. 18, police pulled over a 2020 Ford on the 10500 block of Allentown Boulevard for title 75 violations. Police arrested the driver, Anayely Sandoval, 23, of Lebanon, for DUI.

Drug possession – On July 20, police pulled over a 2021 Kia Sportage on Allentown Boulevard and found the driver, a 37-year-old Palmyra man, was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Indecent assault – Police are investigating a Childline Referral of inappropriate contact between juveniles. The incident occurred on Allentown Boulevard sometime between 12 a.m. June 1 and 9:30 a.m. July 29, and involved a 3-year-old Carlisle girl.

Heidelberg Township

Vehicle accident – At 7:40 a.m. Aug. 12, a crash occurred on SR 501 South at West Main Street involving vehicles driven by a 19-year-old Myerstown man, a 41-year-old Myerstown man, and a 42-year-old Myerstown man. All occupants were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries.

Vehicle accident – At 5:15 p.m. July 18, a 2013 Nissan Rogue driven by an 18-year-old Manheim man was traveling south on SR 501. A 2013 Ford Escape driven by a 22-year-old San Antonio, Texas, man was stopped at the stop sign on East Reistville Road at SR 501. The Ford proceeded from the stop sign onto SR 501 and was struck by the Nissan. Both men were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The vehicles sustained disabling damage. Professional Automotive Services and AAA assisted on the scene. A charge of a stop and yield sign violation against the San Antonio man is pending an investigation.

Jackson Township

Theft – At 11:29 a.m. Aug. 16, an unknown person used a Freight gas card number belonging to a 51-year-old Myerstown man to buy $1,469.30 of diesel fuel in New Jersey and Connecticut. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Jonestown.

Theft disposition of funds – At 12 p.m. July 19, police responded to the 00 block of Gable Drive and determined that a 38-year-old Myerstown man received an email from a hotel confirming a reservation and was charged about $466.70 twice, or about $933.40 in total. The man denied any claims of making a reservation, and the bank refunded the money. The bank later determined that this was an invalid dispute and the incident was unsolvable.

Criminal mischief under $1,000 – At 7:09 p.m. Aug. 3, police responded to a report of criminal mischief in which a juvenile actor damaged a snack bar on the 00 block of North Ramona Road by striking it with a metal baseball bat.

Attempted firearm purchase – At 4:12 p.m. Jan. 25 on Eisenhauer Road, an individual attempted to purchase a firearm who was not legally permitted to do so.

Millcreek Township

Indecent assault – At 10:56 a.m. Aug. 12, police responded to a report of sexual abuse involving a 7-year-old Womelsdorf girl on the 00 block of Garden Drive.

Myerstown Borough

Harassment – At 9 p.m. Aug. 6, a 28-year-old Lebanon woman reported being struck in the leg with a coloring book by her boyfriend, a 33-year-old Myerstown man, on June 6. Charges have been filed.

Vehicle accident – At 1:21 p.m. Aug. 12, a crash occurred on South College Street at West Stoever Avenue involving vehicles driven by a 42-year-old Lebanon man and a 66-year-old man accompanied by a 71-year-old woman, both of Harleysville. Both men were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Harleysville woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a possible injury, and was transported via Myerstown First Aid Unit.

South Lebanon Township

Unsworn falsification to authorities – On Nov. 14, while not being legally permitted to do so, Angel Marte-Pizarro, 34, attempted to purchase a firearm at Dunham’s Sporting Goods. Police charged Marte-Pizarro with misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities.

Drug possession – Around 10:59 a.m. Aug. 10, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street and learned that the driver, Berny Adams-Richardson, 23, was in possession of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Adams-Richardson with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI – Around 1 a.m. Aug. 8, police attempted to pull over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street. The driver, Alyssa Murray, 19, did not yield to the officer’s emergency lights and siren for a considerable distance. The officer found that Murray appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and charged Murray with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or a controlled substance, summary duty of driver on approach of emergency vehicle, and summary period for requiring lighted lamps.

DUI – Around 1:52 a.m. July 27, police pulled over a vehicle on the 2800 block of East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Miyo Lopez, 49, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Lopez’s BAC was 0.133% at the time of the incident. Police charged Lopez with misdemeanor DUI-high rate of alcohol and misdemeanor DUI-general impairment.

Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates – Around 1:07 p.m. Aug. 12, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street and found that fraudulent Pennsylvania inspection stickers were displayed on the vehicle. Police charged the driver, Antonio Rosario-Flores, 76, with misdemeanor altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates and summary violations of use of certificate of inspection.

Drug possession – Police observed a suspicious vehicle on July 22 and found its occupant, Brandon Weaver, 26, was in possession of illegal narcotics. Police charged Weaver with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harassment by prisoner – Police are investigating a referral from LCCF after an inmate allegedly assaulted a correction officer, a 42-year-old Lebanon man, at 2:23 p.m. July 5.

Found keys – The keys in the photo below were turned in to the South Lebanon Township Police Department on Aug. 19. They were attached to multiple keychains that include a recent picture taken on June 21. If you lost your keys or had them stolen and you can positively identify the people in the picture along with the keychains, please call police at 717-274-0482.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 7:51 p.m. Aug. 16, a Honda Accord driven by an 82-year-old Palmyra woman collided with a Mini Cooper driven by a 34-year-old Lebanon woman in the roundabout on South Forge Road at Northside Drive. The Palmyra woman entered the roundabout without yielding the right-of-way to the Lebanon woman. No injuries were reported.

Vehicle accident – At 12:13 p.m. Aug. 9, a Honda CRV driven by a 50-year-old Palmyra woman, accompanied by a 9-year-old Palmyra girl, collided with a BMW driven by a 61-year-old Palmyra man. The man had the right-of-way when the woman made a left turn from South Forge Road onto Horseshoe Pike. The juvenile sustained a minor injury. The Honda was towed from the scene.

DUI – Police charged Ryan O’Donnell, 35, of Lebanon, with DUI-general impairment and DUI-high rate of alcohol following a report of a single-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. June 7 on the 1800 block of South Forge Road. O’Donnell’s BAC was 0.151% at the time of the incident.

Theft items from motor vehicle – On Aug. 20, police investigated a theft from a motor vehicle at the Lawn Service Center on the Pennsylvania Turnpike truck parking lot. Someone forced entry into a tractor-trailer and stole $4,200 worth of New Zealand beef cases from the KSM Carrier Group of Griffith, Indiana, sometime between 4:30 and 5:10 a.m.. It is possible that a nearby vehicle caught the incident on a dash camera. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Trooper Shutter at 717-445-6716.

Swatara Township

DUI – At 11:56 p.m. Aug. 16, police pulled over a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado on the 800 block of North Lancaster Street and determined that the driver, a 66-year-old Fredericksburg man, was DUI. Police arrested him and took him for a blood test at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. Charges are pending blood test results.

Hit-and-run crash – At 5 p.m. July 19, a two-vehicle hit-and-run crash occurred on Heilmandale Road, east of Boltz Lane. An electric bike ridden by a 20-year-old Lebanon resident was traveling west on Heilmandale Road when an unknown vehicle, traveling west on Heilmandale Road directly behind the electric bike, struck the electric bike but failed to stop. The cyclist sustained a suspected minor injury and was transported via Life Lion EMS to Hershey Medical Center.

Union Township

Theft by deception – An individual offered a residence for rent on Jonestown Road and requested a $2,900 deposit from a 24-year-old Lebanon woman between 12 a.m. July 7 and 11:59 p.m. July 12. However, the individual failed to produce a lease, the rental property, or the money back to the woman.

Harassment – Around 6:32 p.m. Aug. 14, police responded to the 500 block of Jonestown Road and determined that the complainant and a 52-year-old Jonestown woman were in an altercation over the woman’s 2021 Subaru. During the altercation, the woman’s wrist was injured.

Dissemination of explicit sexual material via an electronic communication – On May 26, it was reported that a juvenile received a sexually explicit image depicting the naked body of a man he was familiar with, Ryan Stewart, 47, of Jonestown. During the investigation, Stewart acknowledged that the image was sent. Police charged Stewart with dissemination of explicit sexual material via an electronic communication, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors. Stewart was arraigned before MDJ Ditzler, who set bail at $25,000, which was unsecured.

Western Lebanon County Regional Police

DUI, traffic violations – At 8:24 a.m. July 13, police pulled over a vehicle on the 00 block of West Cherry Street for traffic violations and identified the driver as Jason Johnson, 42. Police found Johnson to be intoxicated and arrested him for DUI. Johnson’s BAC was 0.162% at the time of the incident. On Aug. 9, charges were filed for misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, and two summary traffic violations.

Public drunkenness – At 11 p.m. Aug. 9, police responded to the 200 block of West Main Street for an intoxicated person. Police located a 42-year-old man who was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the degree that he may endanger himself or other persons or property or annoy persons in his vicinity. On Aug. 9, police charged the man with summary public drunkenness.

Unspecified Township

Assault – Police are investigating a ChildLine Referral of alleged physical abuse. The investigation is ongoing.

Drug possession – Police are investigating a referral from LCCF after contraband was located during a cell search. The investigation is ongoing.
