City of Lebanon
Drug possession – On Aug. 24, police charged Victor Rivera, 37, with possession of drug paraphernalia and evading arrest or detention on foot after police attempted to arrest him on the 300 block of North Gannon Street for outstanding warrants.
Terroristic threats, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 23, police charged Jose Luzon-Vargas, 31, with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, and harassment after an incident on the 400 block of North 9th Street.
Possession of a firearm prohibited – On Aug. 24, police charged Jamie Smith, 44, with possession of a firearm prohibited after an incident on the 900 block of Lehman Street.
Fugitive from justice – On Aug. 27, police charged Alexander Villa, 39, as a fugitive from justice after an incident on the 600 block of North 9th Street.
False reports to law enforcement, disorderly conduct – On Aug. 27, police charged Israel Cruz, 21, with false reports to law enforcement and disorderly conduct after an incident on the 100 block of North 8th Street.
Simple assault – On Aug. 25, police charged Rafael Perez, 43, with simple assault-domestic violence after police responded to a domestic disturbance at Brookside Apartments.
Drug possession – On Aug. 23, police charged a 26-year-old man with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 700 block of Locust Street.
Recklessly endangering another person – On Aug. 27, police charged Danaisha Echevarria, 24, with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and harassment after an incident on the 200 block of Schneider Drive.
Statutory sexual assault – On Aug. 27, Lebanon city police began an investigation into a possible sexual assault of a female minor. The City Detective Division interviewed the minor, as well as witnesses and family members, and learned that Ronnie Rosado Nadal, 30, had unlawful and inappropriate contact with the minor. Police arrested Rosado Nadal on Aug. 29 and charged him with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Theft of tools – Lebanon city police are investigating a theft of tools from Royal Green, 620 N. Lincoln Ave., on Aug. 22. Police are asking for assistance in identifying the suspect pictured below. Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity is asked to contact Officer Ginder at 717-272-6611 or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.
North Londonderry Township
Drug possession – At 4:07 a.m. Sept. 5, 2023, police charged Britany Arnold, 46, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on the 1000 block of East Main Street in which she was a passenger.
Vehicle accident – Police charged a 53-year-old Annville woman with following too closely in connection with a crash at 4 p.m. Aug. 23 on Main Street at Shady Lane. The woman’s vehicle was following a vehicle driven by a 58-year-old Elizabethtown woman and was unable to stop at the intersection.
South Lebanon Township
Simple assault – Around 9:23 p.m. Aug. 19, police responded to a domestic dispute on the 500 block of South 3rd Avenue and arrested Michael Snyder, 24, on charges of misdemeanor simple assault-domestic violence and summary harassment.
DUI, careless driving – On June 16, police responded to a crash on East Walnut Street and determined that the driver, Jose Acevedo-Rosado, 47, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or other substances. Acevedo-Rosado’s BAC was 0.164% at the time of the crash. The legal blood test results also indicated that THC was also present. Police charged Acevedo-Rosado with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, misdemeanor DUI-controlled substance, and summary careless driving.
Criminal trespass – On July 29, police responded to a trespassing complaint at Cedar Crest High School, where several subjects were captured on camera walking around the interior of the school between 2 and 3 a.m. July 23. Police identified the subjects as Travis Allen, Elijah Schweser, and Peter Ferreri, all 18, and charged them with felony criminal trespass.
Drug possession – Around 8:29 p.m. Aug. 24, police pulled over a vehicle on the 600 block of East Walnut Street and learned that the driver, Luis Vargas-Medina, 38, was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged Vargas-Medina with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and summary exceeding maximum speed limits.
DUI – On June 16, police responded to a crash on South 5th Avenue and determined that the driver, Robert Hoke, 46, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or other substances. Hoke’s BAC was 0.27% at the time of the crash. Police charged Hoke with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving and misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol.
DUI – Around 11:06 p.m. Aug. 9, police pulled over a vehicle on South 14th Avenue and learned that the driver, Dana Hollinger, 61, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Hollinger’s BAC was 0.219% at the time of the traffic stop. Police charged Hollinger with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol and misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving.
South Londonderry Township
Simple assault – Police charged Robert Corridoni, 32, of Palmyra, with simple assault-domestic violence following an alleged domestic dispute at 2:40 p.m. Aug. 22 on the 1100 block of Eby Road.
Vehicle accident – At 12:21 p.m. Aug. 17, a Dodge sedan driven by a 31-year-old Lebanon woman struck the rear of a Subaru sedan driven by a 54-year-old Mount Joy man on Route 322 at West Market Street. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Simple assault – Police charged Gregory Wise, 34, of Palmyra, with simple assault-domestic violence following an alleged domestic dispute at 8 p.m. Aug. 28 on the 400 block of Stonebrook Drive.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police
Bench warrant served – At 11 p.m. Aug. 23, police pulled over a vehicle on the 200 block of East Main Street and found that one of the involved subjects, Isabella Auman, 25, had an active bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department, with the original charge being retail theft. Police took Auman into custody and transported her to LCCB to await arraignment.
Bench warrant served, drug possession – On Aug. 21, police pulled over a vehicle on the 300 block of East Main Street. Gary Urban III, 37, was the front-seat passenger and was known by police to have multiple arrest warrants. Police took Urban into custody, found him to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, and transported him to LCCB without incident. Police charged Urban with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Bench warrant served – At 6:25 p.m. May 5, police made contact with Dimico Davenport Sr., 51, on the 100 block of West Main Street due to Davenport having an active warrant. Once the warrant was confirmed, a search incident arrest resulted in drug paraphernalia being found on Davenport’s person. Police filed a charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia against Davenport on Aug. 13 through MDJ Warner’s office.
