The facility management is not doing an adequate job of looking at the condition of equipment and discarding broken items.

The area between the dumpster and the wall is not being maintained properly as evidenced by a significant amount of debris on the ground. The area in front of the grease bin has grease on the sidewalk and debris in the grease. Future occurrences like this will result in penalties being assessed.
