All cut produce was discarded.

The handwash sink in the produce cutting area was blocked by skids and other items and not accessible at all times for employee use.

Frequency of cleaning behind stoves and fryers in the kitchen is inadequate, as evidenced by the amount of build-up at the floor/wall junction behind the equipment. The perimeter of the produce cutting room and the small maintenance room behind the produce cutting room is completely inadequate; all types of debris were observed on the floor in this area.

Observed a hair salon set up in the rear of the facility, indicating use of the food facility as living quarters. The Certificate of Occupancy for this structure is for a restaurant, not for a hair salon.
