Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer – On Sept. 4, police charged Ryan Jimenez, 31, after an incident on the 1500 block of Cumberland Street.

Drug possession – On Sept. 11, police charged Derek Moyer, 45, with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the area of 12th and Woodland streets.

Simple assault – On Sept. 11, police charged John Vanarsdale, 63, with simple assault-domestic violence after an incident on the 700 block of Maple Street.

Forgery, theft – On Sept. 12, police charged Gregorio Ortiz-Garcia, 33, with forgery and theft after an incident on the 300 block of Schneider Drive.

Drug possession – On Sept. 12, police charged Pedro Nazario, 31, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 700 block of Amelia Street.

Drug possession – On Sept. 12, police charged Heather Boyer, 32, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 700 block of Amelia Street.

Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, drug possession – On Sept. 12, police charged Jonathan Delarosa, 33, with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and possession of a controlled substance after an incident in the area of 8th and C&L streets.

DUI, disorderly conduct – On Sept. 10, police charged Daniel Wolfe, 50, with DUI-alcohol, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness after an incident on the 300 block of Oaklyn Road.

Simple assault, harassment – On Sept. 11, police charged Nate Eberhart, 45, after an incident on Sept. 4 on the 900 block of Walnut Street.

DUI – On Sept. 10, police charged Gregory Bender, 54, with DUI-alcohol and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle after a crash on the 800 block of Quentin Road.

DUI – On Sept. 8, police charged Timothy Gunnells, 35, with DUI-alcohol after an incident in the area of Woodland and 12th streets.

Damage to vehicle – On July 2, police received a report of a vehicle that was damaged on July 1 in the parking lot of Giant Foods, 835 Bowman St. Police would like to speak to the woman pictured below. Anyone with information regarding the subject’s identity is asked to contact Officer Collin Shearer or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

Never forget 9/11 – The Lebanon City Police Department participated alongside Lebanon High School JROTC and the Lebanon City Fire Department in a 9/11 Remembrance Walk. They walked three laps around the Lebanon High School campus, equaling 2,000 steps, to honor the first responders who climbed over 2,000 steps on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001. Today and every day, we remember and honor the lives that were lost.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident, careless driving – Police charged a 46-year-old Palmyra woman with careless driving in connection with a crash that occurred at 5:33 p.m. Sept. 6 on the 600 block of West Elm Street. The woman’s vehicle was traveling east on West Elm Street when she reported becoming distracted and struck a legally parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by a 27-year-old Palmyra man.

South Lebanon Township

Drug possession – On May 7, police responded to the 600 block of Progress Avenue for a suspicious death. During the investigation, police learned that the spouse of the deceased was in possession of a substance suspected to be methamphetamine. When police received the crime lab drug analysis confirming the substance to be methamphetamine, they charged Allison Fitzgerald, 35, with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI – While participating in a countywide DUI roving patrol on Aug. 31, police pulled over a vehicle on 12th and Cumberland streets and learned that the driver, Roy Bupp, 62, was under the influence of a controlled substance. When police received his blood test, they charged Bupp with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance.

False reports to law enforcement authorities – On Sept. 6, police responded to the 1900 block of South 5th Avenue for a domestic assault involving a firearm. However, police discovered that none of the reported activity had occurred and learned that Kelly Boyd, 22, had provided false information to county 911 dispatchers as well as South Lebanon Township police. Police charged Boyd with misdemeanor false reports to law enforcement authorities.

South Londonderry Township

Found property – Around 2:09 a.m. Sept. 2, a purple and white mountain bike was found at the Dinosaur Rock lot. If the mountain bike is yours, please contact police at 717-838-1376.

Vehicle accident – Around 3:51 p.m. Sept. 7, a crash occurred on the 2400 block of Horseshoe Pike as vehicles were stopping for traffic near Risser’s. A vehicle driven by a 40-year-old Lebanon man was unable to stop and rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 30-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, man. This caused a chain reaction for the other two vehicles involved, which were driven by a 25-year-old Camden, New Jersey, resident and an 82-year-old Lebanon woman. No injuries were reported.

Western Lebanon County Regional Police

DUI, traffic violation – At 11:51 p.m. Aug. 10, police pulled over a vehicle near the intersection of Main and Railroad streets for traffic violations. Police identified the driver as Nicole Stahl, 44, found her to be intoxicated, and arrested her for DUI. Lab results later showed Stahl’s BAC was .20% at the time of the incident. On Sept. 3, police filed charges against Stahl for misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, and a summary traffic violation.

DUI – At 3:23 a.m. Aug. 10, police responded to East Main Street in the area of Sheetz for a man passed out behind the wheel. Police identified the driver as David Caricabeur-Pereira, 31, found him to be intoxicated, and arrested him for DUI. Lab results later showed Caricabeur-Pereira’s BAC was .158% at the time of the incident. On Sept. 3, police filed charges against Caricabeur-Pereira with misdemeanor DUI-high rate of alcohol and misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving.

Public drunkenness – At 9:14 p.m. Sept. 2, police responded to the 100 block of North Grant Street for an intoxicated subject. Police arrived on the scene, located a 36-year-old woman visibly under the influence of narcotics, and issued a non-traffic citation for summary public drunkenness.

Harassment – Around 7:11 a.m. Aug. 29, police responded to the 200 block of South Harrison Street for a report of a non-active domestic dispute. After an investigation, police determined that a 55-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman had struck each other. On Sept. 3, non-traffic citations were filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging them each with summary harassment.

Fake money – At 6 p.m. Sept. 5, police responded to Sheetz, 811 E. Main St., for two suspects using fake money to purchase Visa gift cards. Both men provided a total of $400 in fake $20s.
