The 12th annual Community of Lebanon Association Music & Brew Fest was also the 12th consecutive year of perfect weather for the event, CLA director Greg Bracale said Saturday.

“The weather’s perfect today — you always worry when you host an outside event,” Bracale said of the rain-or-shine festival at Coleman’s Park.

The all-day festival featured four bands rocking the Coleman’s Park amphitheater.

“Slightly acoustic” multi-genre-spanning Nailed It Band opens Saturday.

“You’re gonna get an entire afternoon of some of the finest music in the country,” said Bracale, noting that two of Saturday’s lineup are nationally touring bands.

The Midnight Rock Show performs Saturday.

This was also the third year of the event’s partnership with Visit Lebanon Valley’s Libation Trail. Four breweries were stationed at the fest to serve attendees local brews.

“It’s always better to work with another organization and team up,” said Visit Lebanon Valley president Jen Kuzo, adding that her organization especially wanted to celebrate the Year of the Arts by supporting Lebanon’s music scene.

Festgoers could redeem points on the self-guided Libations Trail’s app just for attending the festival, Kuzo said Saturday. Until Nov. 16, participants will be able to amass more points by visiting breweries and restaurants serving local brews.

Those points can then be spent on prizes, such as Libations Trail decals, an entry into a prize drawing, and beanie hats. The goal of the trail, she said, is to incentivize residents to support local businesses.

“I think it elevates supporting local businesses, and that elevates all of our quality of life,” she said.

While the event had a $25 entry fee, this only extended to the amphitheater — other visitors to the park could sample from several food trucks or participate in a morning cornhole tournament.
