LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.

Our Pet of the Week is sometimes available for adoption through a local shelter. Other times the weekly column will spotlight a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home.

This week, meet Mocha and Maia!

Mocha
Maia

Mocha is a 4-year-old chocolate Lab, according to owner Jacob Collins, and Maia is a 9-month-old German shepherd/Australian kelpie mix. Both pups were adopted at around 4 months from dog farms.

“Mocha is a cuddle bug that never leaves Dad’s side!” Jacob says. “She enjoys sun bathing, socializing, and visiting grandma. Her favorite toy is a jalapeño pepper!”

Maia, meanwhile, “keeps the energy up and makes sure Mocha is as tired as possible! She enjoys training with Dad and walking on the Lebanon Rail Trail.”

Congratulations to Mocha and Maia for being this week’s LebTown Pet(s) of the Week!
