Participants are invited to share their personal stories on why they believe in God, contributing to a broader narrative that will be featured in the documentary. The event is open to everyone; you can drop in during the event hours or pre-register to expedite the process by contacting Annubis Productions at info@annubisproductions.com.
About “This Is Why I Believe”
“This Is Why I Believe” is a documentary project exploring the intersection of faith, doubt, and the human experience in contemporary America. Through personal interviews and expert analysis, it aims to provide a balanced view of one of the most significant cultural shifts of our time.
Recent data from Gallup indicates a significant drop in the percentage of Americans who believe in God, from 92% in 2018 to 81% in 2023. This trend is even more pronounced among younger generations, with only 65% of Millennials expressing belief compared to higher percentages in older generations. “This Is Why I Believe” seeks to understand this shift by juxtaposing academic perspectives with personal testimonies from faith communities.
Inspired by the successful “This Is Why I Believe” project on Facebook, which has garnered thousands of views for its candid and relatable interviews, this documentary promises to offer a profound look into the human condition through the lens of faith.
