LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
Our Pet of the Week sometimes is a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home. Other times the weekly column will spotlight an animal that’s available for adoption through a local shelter and is seeking a forever family.
This week, meet adoptable Tom!
Tom is a 6-month-old kitten currently living a foster home, according to a spokesperson at the Humane Society of Lebanon County.
His foster mom says Tom “can be nervous with new people and unexpected sounds. It might be to only having one eye.”
Otherwise, she says, this kitty “is a purr-machine once he trusts you. He loves cat toy springs and his daily wet food. It took some time, but Tom is now … good with our dog. He is a ham!”
If you are interested in adopting Tom, please fill out the adoption application online at lebanonhumane.org or call the Humane Society at 717-628-1369 for more information.
