City of Lebanon
DUI, accident – On Nov. 7, police charged Jason Yeagley, 51, with DUI-alcohol, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, and open container after a crash in the area of South 3rd Avenue and East Elm Street.
DUI, drug possession – On Nov. 21, police charged Darrell Poole, 70, with DUI-alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and required financial responsibility after a traffic stop on the 100 block of South 8th Street.
Drug possession – On Nov. 29, police charged Tiffany Leibold, 37, with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 800 block of Orange Street.
Drug possession – On Nov. 29, police charged Robertito Irizarry, 44, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 800 block of Orange Street.
Retail theft – On Nov. 28, police charged Pamela Martinez-Silva, 28, with felony retail theft after an incident on the 800 block of Bowman Street.
Drug possession, disorderly conduct – On Nov. 28, police charged Terrence Robinson, 34, with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct after an incident in the area of Willow and Jones streets.

Police are participating in the No Shave November into December initiative, where officers are temporarily suspending the department’s shaving policy for the month of December. In doing so, they are contributing to the Lebanon County Marine Corps League’s Toys for Tots program by donating toys to this worthy cause.
All toys and monetary donations received in Lebanon County will stay within the community, supporting local families. Let’s come together to make a difference in the lives of those around us. Your generosity will bring smiles to the faces of children in need this holiday season! Donations at the drop box will be accepted Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., until Dec. 15.
Jackson Township
Vehicle accident – At 5:35 p.m. Nov. 9, a 2009 Gehl SL4610 driven by a 30-year-old Lebanon man was traveling north on Ramona Road when a 2013 Ford Focus driven by a 52-year-old Myerstown woman rear-ended it. The Ford was towed from the scene. The man sustained no injuries. The woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a suspected minor injury, and was transported via First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon to Good Samaritan Hospital.
Vehicle accident – Around 12:39 p.m. Nov. 20, a 2017 Nissan Sentra driven by a 67-year-old Newmanstown woman was traveling south on Millardsville Road while negotiating a left curve when she was distracted by a squirrel on the side of the road, crashed into a traffic sign and proceeded through several residential yards, causing property damage. The Nissan was towed from the scene by CJ Wagner’s. The woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged the woman with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Indecent assault – At 8:39 a.m. Nov. 15, police received a Childline referral investigation involving a 13-year-old Mount Carmel girl. Police are investigating.
Myerstown Borough
Vehicle accident – At 8:40 a.m. Nov. 22, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 58-year-old Richland woman accompanied by a 4-year-old Richland girl was traveling west on West Park Avenue, and a 2019 Chevrolet Spark driven by a 66-year-old Lebanon woman accompanied by a 47-year-old Lebanon man was traveling south on South College Street. As the Jeep went through the intersection, it failed to stop at the stop sign and was struck by the Chevrolet. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene by RJ Sells Towing. All occupants were wearing seatbelts or using a front-facing child safety seat and sustained no injuries. Police charged the Richland woman with a stop and yield sign violation.
North Annville Township
Vehicle accident – At 8:09 a.m. Nov. 24, a 2009 Lexus RX350 driven by a 19-year-old Kulpmont woman was traveling south on SR 934 when she attempted to negotiate a left curve, exited the road to the right, and sideswiped a utility pole. The Lexus sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Zimmey’s Towing. The woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained no injuries, and refused evaluation. Police charged the woman with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
South Lebanon Township
Telephone outage – The South Lebanon Township Office and the administrative department of the police department are experiencing a telephone outage. Verizon is currently working on resolving the issue.ย If you have a policeย emergency, dial 911. If you have a non-emergency issue and need a police officer to contact you, please contact Lebanon County DES at 717-272-2054 and they will dispatch an officer to assist you. Both offices are open for you to come in to speak with someone if you need general assistance.

Officer McCarrick brings with him three years of valuable experience in police work, having served in law enforcement roles before joining the police department. A proud Lebanon County native, Officer McCarrick has deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to serving the people of South Lebanon Township. Officer McCarrickโs prior experience and military background will be a tremendous asset to the police department as he continues to work towards keeping the community safe.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 2:29 a.m. Nov. 20, a Hyundai sedan driven by a 21-year-old Lebanon resident slid off the road and into a field on Mount Wilson Road, just south of South Forge Road. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police
Harassment – On Nov. 12, charges of summary harassment and summary disorderly conduct were filed against a 23-year-old man for an incident at McDonald’s, 901 E. Main St., Palmyra, on Nov. 6.
Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates – Fabian Canseco Martinez, 37, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates on the 500 block of East Main Street in Palmyra on Nov. 1 for displaying a counterfeit license plate and counterfeit inspection stickers on his vehicle.
Driving while suspended – Around 2:47 p.m. Nov. 12, police pulled over a green Subaru Forester on the 700 block of East Main Street in Annville and identified the driver as Billy Henry, 49. Police found that Henry had a suspended license in relation to a DUI conviction and expired registration. Henry had four prior convictions for driving while suspended (DUI-related). On Nov. 15, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging Henry with misdemeanor driving while suspended (DUI-related, third or subsequent offense) and summary registration required.
Firearms not to be carried without a license, drug possession – At 11:13 p.m. Nov. 17, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Arch Street in Palmyra, and found the driver, Christopher Long, 37, to be in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded firearm without a license. Charges were filed against Long for felony firearms not to be carried without a license, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department participates in No Shave November – Western Lebanon County Regional police officers elected to participate in No Shave November. This year, the department is donating $1,000 to The Caring Cupboard and $1,000 to UPMC Child Advocacy Center of Central PA. Officers who participated in the initiative donated $100, and the police association matched their contribution.
