Attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud or misinterpretation – On Dec. 12, police charged Jeiffry Diaz, 42, after an incident on the 900 block of Church Street.

Driving while suspended – On Dec. 11, police charged Luis Guzman, 39, with driving while suspended (DUI-related) after a traffic stop in the area of 10th and C&L streets.

Robbery, simple assault, false imprisonment – On Dec. 13, police charged Jouseph Lopez-Santos, 30, with robbery, simple assault (domestic violence-related), and false imprisonment after a domestic disturbance on the 300 block of North 7th Street.

Retail theft – On Dec. 18, police charged Hernan Campos-Fernandez, 39, with felony retail theft after an incident on the 900 block of Church Street.

Simple assault, recklessly endangering another person – On Dec. 20, police charged Ruperto Pagan-Marcucci, 34, with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person after a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of Canal Street.

Harassment by communication – On Dec. 17, police charged Haley Graham, 23, after an incident on the 400 block of Arnold Street.

Failure to comply with registration requirements – On Dec. 18, police charged Alberto Rodriguez-Crespo, 38, with failure to comply with registration requirements for failing to verify/update his information with Megan’s Law.

Lebanon city police wrap up Toys for Tots holiday collection – The Lebanon City Police Department participated in the No Shave November into December campaign, allowing officers to put their razors away for November and December. This initiative supports the Lebanon County Marine Corps League’s Toys for Tots program, as officers donated toys to this deserving cause. The Lebanon City Police Department would like to express its sincere appreciation to the community for their overwhelming kindness and generosity in supporting the Lebanon County Marine Corps League’s Toys for Tots program. The police department is delighted to announce that the campaign has concluded with a remarkable collection of toys for the children in our community. Lebanon YMCA daycare stops by for cops and candy canes – The Lebanon City Police Department enjoyed a heartwarming visit from the Lebanon YMCA daycare, where Officer Battle shared a festive reading experience and distributed candy canes to the kiddos! Don’t forget! Between now and Christmas Eve, officers will be spreading holiday joy by handing out candy canes to children at the police department located at 735 Cumberland St. Upon entering the building, proceed in the direction of the festive peppermint designs, which will guide you to the police department. Please make your presence known to staff, and an officer will be happy to meet you, accompanied by a seasonal candy cane. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., during which time you are welcome to visit.

North Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 5:50 a.m. Dec. 16, a 57-year-old Annville man lost control of his vehicle in wet/snowy conditions on the 300 block of Palmyra-Bellegrove Road and struck a utility pole. The man sustained no injuries, but his vehicle was towed from the scene.

Vehicle accident – At 7:45 a.m. Dec. 16, a 34-year-old Annville man lost control of his vehicle in wet/snowy conditions on Palmyra-Bellegrove Road at Naftzinger Road and struck a roadway sign. The man was not injured.

Simple assault, evading arrest or detention on foot – At 11:51 a.m. Dec. 8, police charged a 17-year-old Palmyra girl with simple assault, underage possession of alcohol, and evading arrest or detention on foot. Police responded to the 800 block of Pajabon Drive for a domestic dispute where the girl punched a 58-year-old Palmyra woman. The girl fled from police but was later located and found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages.

Vehicle accident, driving vehicle at safe speed – At 4:49 p.m. Dec. 18, police charged a 23-year-old Palmyra man with driving vehicle at safe speed after a crash investigation on the 1200 block of South Forge Road. Police determined the man was distracted when he struck the vehicle that was stopped in front of him, which was driven by a 17-year-old Lebanon girl.

Union Township

Vehicle accident – At 7:22 a.m. Dec. 16, a 2019 Mazda CX5 driven by a 36-year-old Williamstown woman was traveling north on SR72 when the woman lost control while negotiating a left curve, causing the vehicle to travel across the opposite lane of travel, onto the left shoulder, and into a stone wall. The woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged her with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Vehicle accident – At 8:42 a.m. Dec. 16, a 2020 Nissan Sentra driven by a 50-year-old Pine Grove woman was traveling south on SR 443 when the woman lost control, traveling onto the right side of the road and striking a fence. The woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged her with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Western Lebanon County Regional Police

Harassment – On Nov. 30, police responded to the 600 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for a report of an active domestic dispute. Police determined that a 25-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man struck each other during an argument. On Dec. 4, a non-traffic citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging each with summary harassment.

Terroristic threats, simple assault – Charges of misdemeanor terroristic threats, misdemeanor simple assault, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct were filed against a 12-year-old boy after police responded to reports of a disturbance at 3:14 p.m. Nov. 25 on the 100 block of East Cherry Street, Palmyra.

DUI – On Dec. 4, police charged Conor Wynegar, 31, with misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol and misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving after an incident on the 00 block of East Cumberland Street in Annville at 7:20 p.m. Nov. 2. Lab results show Wynegar’s BAC was 0.30% at the time of the incident.

Bad checks – On Nov. 12, police responded to a report of a bad check on the 100 block of Locust Street in Annville. Police determined that Jesse Weed, 43, formerly of Annville, wrote a check knowing it would not be honored. On Dec. 9, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging Weed with misdemeanor bad checks.

Drug possession – At 1:07 a.m. Dec. 16, police responded to a home on the 600 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for a man causing a disturbance. Police arrived and found Shane Hitz, 22, in possession of methamphetamine. Charges of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance were filed.
