Third annual Breakfast with Santa event brings magic to Myerstown families.

An impressive crowd of approaching 400 moms, dads, grandparents, and, of course, lots of area children filled the banquet room at Stoneridge Poplar Run, 440 East Lincoln Avenue in Myerstown, on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., to kick off the Holiday Season in fine fashion.

This always popular MVP tradition, organized by Stoneridge Retirement Living, featured Santa and Mrs. Clause, an excellent breakfast, holiday crafts and stations, and cookies and milk served by Santa’s elves.

Like any community event, it could not be possible without the generosity of sponsors. The MVP thanks:

  • The Myerstown Lions Club and president Denise Peiffer Gouldey for providing cookies and gift cards for the coloring basket winners.
  • Brian’s Model Trains, for setting up The Polar Express, a big hit with the children.
  • Edward Jones, Myerstown, and Steve Goodhue for sponsorship and help with the craft tables for the children.
  • And Giant, Cleona, and Giant, Lebanon, for supporting the event.

The event grows in popularity each year. If you are a “planner,” put Saturday, December 6, 2025, on your calendar now!

We are pleased to share photos of this incredible event with you in this edition of MVP News so you will know what to look forward to next December.
