Located along East Main St. in Annville, this place has several Pho options as well many other Vietnamese dinner options.
Due to a sickness wave and scheduling conflicts, this stop was a solo venture. My dish today was the Brisket Pho.
The broth was notably sweeter than what I’m used to, which added an interesting twist to the traditional flavor profile. If you enjoy a slightly sweet broth, this will appeal to you. As for the brisket, the portion size was more than generous, offering plenty of tender meat to go around. One of the things I appreciated the most was that the brisket was cut into smaller, bite-sized pieces. It made the dish much easier to enjoy, allowing me to savor the meat without having to cut it myself.
