United Way of Lebanon County is proud to announce the opening of its new downtown office, located at 604 Cumberland Street, in the heart of Lebanon. This vibrant new space serves as more than just an office—it is a hub for nonprofit collaboration, providing local organizations with a shared space to work together, exchange ideas, and strengthen their collective impact on the community.
“Our new location represents a renewed commitment to bringing nonprofits together under one roof to better serve Lebanon County,” said Erin Velazquez, United Way’s newly appointed Executive Director. “By fostering collaboration, we can create innovative solutions to address the most pressing needs in our community.”
In addition to this exciting milestone, United Way of Lebanon County is pleased to welcome two new leaders to its team. Erin Velazquez has stepped into the role of Executive Director, bringing over 20 years’ experience in nonprofit management and community development. Most recently, she served as the Lebanon Division Director at the American Heart Association. She will oversee United Way’s strategic direction, ensuring meaningful partnerships and initiatives that drive local impact.
Also joining the team is Deborah Hornick, the new Director of Community Development. Hornick, formerly the Director of Lebanon & Lancaster Counties for Big Brothers Big Sisters, will lead efforts to strengthen partnerships, engage community members, and develop programs that enhance education, financial stability, and health.
“As a proud resident of Lebanon County, I am honored to step into this role and work alongside our community to create lasting change,” said Hornick. “United Way’s new space is a testament to the power of collaboration, and I look forward to the incredible work we will accomplish together.”
We are excited for this new chapter and look forward to working within our community to make a lasting, positive impact.
