Arrest warrant – On Jan. 30, police issued an arrest warrant against Ronibel Ortiz-Hiraldo, 20, with the original charge being identity theft.
Arrest warrant – On Jan. 30, police issued an arrest warrant against Deira Lopez-Castro, 34, with the original charge being DUI-alcohol.
Theft – On Feb. 3, police charged Alyssa Smith, 36, with theft by unlawful taking and identity theft after an incident on the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.
Drug possession – On Jan. 30, police charged Maria Quinones-Vazquez, 37, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 300 block of North 8th Street.
DUI – On Jan. 30, police charged Ashley Nunez, 32, with DUI-alcohol and traffic control signals after a traffic stop on the 00 block of North 6th Street.
Evading arrest or detention on foot – On Jan. 29, police charged Drey Murray, 30, with evading arrest or detention on foot after an incident on the 200 block of North 8th Street.
Drug possession – On Jan. 30, police charged Dominic Lao, 20, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving vehicle at safe speed after a traffic stop on the 1400 block of Cumberland Street.
Drug possession, public drunkenness – On Jan. 31, police charged Michael Chlebowski, 45, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness after an incident on the 100 block of North 7th Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 39-year-old woman with disorderly conduct at 10:41 p.m. Jan. 2 on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 43-year-old man with public drunkenness on Jan. 3 on the 200 block of North 7th Street.
Criminal trespass – Police charged a 42-year-old man with criminal trespass at 1:22 a.m. Jan. 4 on the 200 block of East Cumberland Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 45-year-old man with public drunkenness at 2:34 a.m. Jan. 5 on the 500 block of Willow Street.
Criminal trespass – Police charged a 46-year-old man with criminal trespass at 3:11 a.m. Jan. 5 on the 700 block of East Lehman Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 57-year-old man with public drunkenness at 5:04 p.m. Jan. 5 in the area of 10th and Elm streets.
Public drunkenness, disorderly conduct – Police charged a 46-year-old woman with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct at 2:06 a.m. Jan. 6 on the 500 block of North 9th Street.
Retail theft, possession of alcohol – Police charged two juveniles with retail theft and possession of alcohol after an incident on Jan. 8 on the 100 block of South 8th Avenue.
Harassment – Police charged a 42-year-old man with harassment at 11:49 a.m. Jan. 9 on the 500 block of Walnut Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 26-year-old man with open container and public drunkenness at 3:40 a.m. Jan. 10 on the 700 block of Cumberland Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 35-year-old man with public drunkenness at 3:13 p.m. Jan. 11 on the 1100 block of Cumberland Street.
Trespass – Police charged three juveniles with trespass at 1:03 p.m. Jan. 13 on the 200 block of South Partridge Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 44-year-old man with public drunkenness at 10:17 a.m. Jan. 13 in the area of 8th and Cumberland streets.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 47-year-old man with public drunkenness at 9:25 p.m. Jan. 29 in the area of the Lebanon Village Apartments.
Disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – Police charged a 45-year-old man with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 3:12 p.m. Jan. 31 on the 300 block of North 8th Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged two residents with disorderly conduct after an incident at 4:34 p.m. Jan. 31 on the 300 block of North 9th Avenue.
Drug possession – On Jan. 30, police charged Bradley Hoffer Jr., 33, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving at safe speeds after a traffic stop on the 1500 block of Cumberland Street.
Burglary, criminal mischief – On Jan. 25, Jan. 28, and Jan. 31, police responded to a series of commercial burglaries in the area of 12th and Walnut streets. In each instance, the suspect fled the scene before police arrived. On Jan. 31, using surveillance video footage, police identified the suspect as Alberto Santiago-Pagan, 36, and executed a search warrant at a residence on the 1100 block of Walnut Street, where additional evidence linking Santiago-Pagan to the burglaries was found. Police took Santiago-Pagan into custody and filed multiple charges, including three counts of burglary, three counts of criminal mischief, possession of an instrument of crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Simple assault – On Feb. 3, police charged Sherri Zechman, 42, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after a report of a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of Church Street.
Terroristic threats, simple assault – On Feb. 2, police charged Jhonatan Ramirez Ferrer, 41, with terroristic threats and simple assault after police responded to the 500 block of North Hanover Street for a report of an assault.
Simple assault – On Feb. 1, police charged Gladys Abarca Arambulo, 23, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after police responded to a domestic disturbance on the 00 block of North 6th Street.
New crosswalks installed downtown – New pedestrian crossings have been installed on Cumberland Street, enhancing safety measures for both pedestrians and motorists. The upgrade is designed to boost visibility and alertness, ultimately minimizing the likelihood of accidents and fostering a more secure environment for the community. Lebanon city police encourage all pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists to exercise caution and follow traffic laws when navigating this area and all other city locations.
Level Up Lunch – The Lebanon City Police Department partnered with the William D. Lebo Memorial Foundation to host their first Level Up Lunch at Lebanon Intermediate School.
“This special event gave students the opportunity to engage with both our Foundation and the Lebanon City Police, fostering positive connections and meaningful conversations. Seeing these young minds interact with our local law enforcement was truly inspiring — it’s all about building trust, leadership, and a brighter future for our community,” the William D. Lebo Memorial Foundation said in a release. Lebanon police said they are dedicated to fostering positive relationships with the youth and community.
Lebanon County Regional
Retail thefts – Around 8:03 p.m. Jan. 4, a retail theft incident occurred at Target, 1745 Quentin Road, when a Myerstown resident failed to pay for merchandise at a self-checkout on several occasions, using two barcodes in place of more expensive items. The total retail theft amounted to $314.51.
Around 5:31 p.m. Jan. 5, another retail theft occurred at the same location when a Manheim woman failed to pay for merchandise at the self-checkout. The total for this transaction was $58.31. Further investigation revealed that the woman was observed not scanning merchandise on multiple occasions, resulting in a total loss of $208.
DUI – Around 2:14 a.m. Jan. 12, Darline Gabeaud, of Lebanon, was charged after attempting to enter the roadway without clearance and nearly striking a police cruiser at the intersection of North 25th and West Cumberland streets.
Around 8:12 p.m. Jan. 25, Victor Llinas lost control of his vehicle on Grace Avenue and struck a utility pole, tree, and mailbox. Police found Llinas to be under the influence.
Warrant served – Around 2:54 a.m. Jan. 31, police responded to a trespassing incident on North 7th Street, identified Darrell Poole and took him into custody for an outstanding warrant issued by the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office.
Drug Take Back Program – The Lebanon County Regional Police Department is offering a Drug Take Back Program, which allows residents to safely dispose of unused, expired, or unwanted prescription medications, help prevent drug abuse and protect the environment.
Medications can be dropped off at either department office, at 725 Kimmerlings Road, Lebanon, and 320 S. 18th St., Lebanon. Medications will be disposed of in a secure and environmentally responsible manner.

North Londonderry Township
Vehicle tire slashing – A 17-year-old Lebanon girl reported a tire on her vehicle was slashed while parked in the Flagship Cinema parking lot between 4 and 7 p.m. Feb. 2.
Vehicle accident – At 1:17 p.m. Feb. 4, police responded to Palmyra High School after a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Lebanon boy backed into a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Palmyra girl in the parking lot. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 7:31 p.m. Feb. 2, a Ford Fusion driven by a 36-year-old Palmyra man slid on freshly fallen snow while driving through the roundabout on South Forge Road at Northside Drive and struck a curb, disabling the vehicle. No injuries were reported. The Ford was towed from the scene.
Vehicle accident – At 6:21 a.m. Feb. 3, a 62-year-old Palmyra man lost control of his vehicle due to icy road conditions on the 2200 block of South Forge Road and struck a tree. The man sustained a minor injury. First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon and Lawn Volunteer Fire Department assisted on the scene.
Harassment – At 9 a.m. Feb. 5, police responded to Traditions of Hershey for a report of a 71-year-old Lebanon man who shouted at staff members on repeated occasions and threatened them. Police charged him with summary harassment.
Vehicle accident – At 1:06 p.m. Jan. 24, a vehicle driven by a 56-year-old Annville man was making a left turn in the area of Mount Wilson and Mine roads, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and was struck by a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Elizabethtown boy. Both drivers sustained minor injuries. First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon and Lawn Volunteer Fire Department assisted on the scene.
Western Lebanon County Regional
DUI – On Feb. 1, police responded to Rutters Gas Station, 798 W. Main St., Annville, for a report by staff of a man who might need assistance. Police identified the man as Brian Roncoroni, 49, and found him to be intoxicated. Police took Roncoroni into custody and charged him with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving.
Bench warrant served, driving while suspended – At 1:33 p.m. Jan. 30, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1500 block of East Main Street in Annville for traffic violations. Police identified the 19-year-old male driver and found him to have a bench warrant out of MDJ Ditzler’s office, with the original charge being summary retail theft. Police placed the man under arrest for the warrant and also found he was driving without a valid driver’s license. Citations for summary driving while suspended and two additional summary traffic violations were also filed against him.
Retail theft – On Jan. 28, police responded to Bombergers Ace Hardware, 1200 E. Main St., Annville, where staff advised them that on Jan. 24, a male came into the store and stole four pairs of pliers with a total value of $93. Police determined that the suspect was a 20-year-old man and charged him with summary retail theft.
Accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property – On Dec. 19, 2024, police responded to Jubilee Ministries, 232 W. Main St., Palmyra, for a hit-and-run crash. The driver of the struck vehicle reported that a dark-colored SUV struck her car while backing up and was last seen heading east on West Main Street. Police identified the driver of the striking vehicle as a 70-year-old Hummelstown man and charged him with summary accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and summary duty to give information and render aid.
Bench warrant served, driving while suspended – At 10:32 p.m. Jan. 26, police pulled over a vehicle on the 800 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for traffic violations. Police identified the driver as Bryan Mosley, 61, and found him to have a bench warrant out of Dauphin County, with the original charge being felony retail theft. Police also found Mosley to be operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Police placed Mosley under arrest for the warrant and filed a separate citation of summary driving while suspended against him.
Harassment – Around 2:13 p.m. Jan. 26, police responded to the 00 block of North Harrison Street in Palmyra for an active disturbance. After an investigation, police determined that a 32-year-old man yelled at another individual and blocked the entrance to the individual’s apartment, preventing them from gaining access. On Jan. 27, a non-traffic citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging the man with summary harassment.
Theft, defiant trespass – On Feb. 5, police arrested David Smiley, 75, after he tried to take property from a local business without permission. Smiley was previously given notice to stay off the business’s property but came back anyway. Charges of misdemeanor theft of secondary metal and misdemeanor defiant trespass were filed through MDJ Warner’s office.
